Everyone is always so kind, professional, and easy to work with. Whether it’s been routine vaccinations, checkups, or today’s dental cleaning (our first time doing one under anesthesia), I’ve always felt completely confident that my dog is in good hands. I was really nervous about the dental procedure, but the entire process was smooth, reassuring, and handled with such care and attention. I truly appreciate how well the clinic is run, how well we’re treated every time, and the genuine love they show for animals. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my dog’s care!

Friendship Animal Hospital

My dog and I are staying with friends in Pineville as our home in Asheville has no water or power. Pearl was overdue for her monthly Librela shot as our Vet was in a similar predicament.
My friends recommended Friendship, I called Thursday morning but had doubts about being able to get Pearl an appointment soon. I noticed that Pearl starts to labor more as the shot’s due date approaches.
Anna Marie answered my call, she was very understanding and wonderful, working us in later that morning. The Vet Tech who assessed Pearl was equally wonderful and helpful. I wish I could remember his name. Doctor Premo graciously gave Pearl an exam and the Librela shot. Everyone from start to end of our visit was caring and empathic of our situation.
Pearl improved later that afternoon and one of my friends made note of her improvement.

Purrfect Paradise Cat Hotel
315 Main St A, PinevilleThe best! We recently moved to the US, and this was our first time boarding our cat Ambrose here. I was relieved to find a place that is exclusively for cats!
The Purrfect Paradise is clean and safe, and the rooms are spacious. A lot of other boarding places just shove cats into tiny kitty condos but these rooms gave him plenty of space to stretch out and relax.
Jenny and the team sent daily updates, which we absolutely appreciated and totally put our minds at ease while we were away. Ambrose seemed to love his 2-night staycation :)
Huge thanks to the whole team for taking such good care of him. They are officially our #1 go-to from now on, and we’ll definitely be returning.

400 N Polk St B, PinevilleWe came for the beers and the atmosphere, but the food surprised me! The goat salad was so good, I’m still thinking about it and I can’t wait to come back and get it again. My husband loved the wings! My daughter ate all of her kids meal (a rare sighting) and the service staff were very kind to our kids. We’ll see you soon!
