He is treated like the royalty he thinks he is by Amanda (his second ranked bff and favorite groomer ever) and the rest of the staff. The groomers here do wonders with each dog they see, and they work hard make each dog feel as comfortable as they can be. We tried several different salons before we came to PSP for grooming, and are so grateful to have found the fun, caring staff at this store. They are all so welcoming, accommodating and kind, not just to the animals, but customers as well.

818 Tom Hall St Suite 112, Fort MillI took my two girls today and they did a great job! The salon was clean and quiet when we arrived and the girls went straight in, no problem. Rebekah was their groomer and she listened to exactly what I wanted and exceeded expectations! They were two very happy, unstressed girls when I picked them up and looked and smelled amazing! 8177 Regent Parkway Suite 101, Fort MillI absolutely love this Clinic. The staff is amazing and Dr Robby is the best. He has always been such a kind Vet that offers great advice and I would trust him with any of my animals. I had Dr Robby to euthanize a Boxer We had that had cancer and had serious internal bleeding a week or two later I got a little Plaster paw print they got of Polly’s for a Christmas ornament that we still have to this day. I also took in a very REACTIVE rescue mastiff that him and his assistant Handled WITH EASE. She was quite nasty and I was afraid he would not want see her in the future, but he said he was not going to cancel her, which is awesome for me because I don’t wanna take her anywhere else. I would not take her anywhere else because of my fear that she could really hurt someone but I knew Dr Robby could handle it and he did. You can’t go wrong with this Vet you will get honesty and awesome care for your animals. You will also get amazing Customer Service. The ladies at the front desk are awesome as well as Dr Robby and all of his assistants.
I would just like to address the a hole who left the one star review complaining about his wait time and the fact that he felt a dog that was having a life-threatening emergency situation should not be seen before him because he had an appointment that is not how things work. I have worked at a vet clinic in the past for 12 years and just like in any hospital emergencies come first even in the emergency room they take patients in order of the most urgent patient as would be expected so anyone who thinks that they are healthy pet should be seen before a dying pet is ridiculous and has a terrible case of entitlement and I wish I would’ve been in the waiting room and heard you complain about that because I would’ve let you have it dude if that was my dog having an emergency and somebody complained about it they’d be picking themselves up off the floor. Where is your soul? Also the reason the clinic is so busy is because people come from all over to see Dr Robby I have referred people who have driven from Georgia and the first time that I saw Dr Robby, and for a couple years after I was driving from Huntersville North Carolina to see him it was over an hour drive, but the clinic is worth it. I am so angered at your one star review you’re the only one who has one because you’re the only one who does not see the value. I think Dr Robby is worth any amount of wait.
I’m so glad you have started going to another vet because their staff and that Dr deserve way better clients

If you’re looking for a Charlotte dog trainer, I can’t recommend KeenDog highly enough. Their approach to dog training in Charlotte is thoughtful, practical, and focused on building a genuinely better relationship with your dog, not just teaching a list of commands.
Katrina is patient, intuitive, incredibly knowledgeable, and clearly cares deeply about the dogs and families she works with. We feel very lucky to have had her guidance and are so grateful for everything she has done for us and our dogs. Charlotte is lucky to have her and her team of trainers!
