“I have been banking with South Carolina Federal Credit Union for many years.initially I drive from Lexington to West Cola because that was the closest branch. I did it because I love the service I receive from them. Now they are in Lexington and my entire family banks with them. I walk in or bank through the drive thru and the service is always the best. They know me by name. They treat me like family. I have had to call the 800 number before because of a misplaced card and even that service was excellent. Rupal is one of my favorites at the Lexington branch. Highly recommend this bank.”

“I went here today with a friend, I do not bank here but accompanied her to do her business. I was amazed at the staff and the setup they have. Fredrika was exceptionally helpful. Helped me get some copies of things that I needed and they even had a donut and coffee bar set up. I was very impressed and I wish all banks had employees like Fredrika! Highly recommend.”

I had the opportunity to use the customer service at the location on Sunset Blvd in West Columbia. I had the pleasure of having my needs completed by Leslie Shackelford. She greeted me warmly and transitioned smoothly to understanding my needs. Her communication was earnest, making sure to explain each step of the process. I felt respected and more than that, heard! Between that and her positive uplifting attitude towards others & her staff there is no wonder why she is the Manager! If it were my company, the first thing I would do is offer her A promotion followed by a substantial pay raise.
