“This is one of three grocery stores I frequent as I am a local. It is always a pleasure to shop here and the store has a great pharmacy staff as well. I recently switched to using their pharmacy here, so while it isn't typically my primary store I tend to stock up on the weekly sale items. They have a great deli and bakery too. My favorite breakfast treat is their freshly baked blueberry and orange cranberry scones!!”

“The store is always clean and the customer service is great, but today it was exceptional. There were only 4 bell peppers in the produce section and they were in pretty bad shape, so I found an employee to ask if they had any more bell peppers they hadn't put out yet. Nathan, who I found in the frozen food section, and who didn't even work in produce, returned a few minutes later with a big box of bell peppers. He explained that the manager was busy in the back and the produce guy had just left for lunch and he wasn't sure how many bell peppers I wanted so he brought the whole box. If I could find an email or a manager's name, I'd email him personally, but a Google review will have to do for now.”
“European market with lots of fun finds. Some fresh foods, treats and drinks. Mostly shelf stable foods with some frozen meats. The one employee working was very busy answering the phone during my visit but managed to be quite helpful when I had questions and was ready to pay. Can’t wait to go back!”

“Love this Aldi! Tucked back off of the main road, if you're not looking you could miss it. (From experience) This store is always clean and stocked well. The staff is great, always friendly. Bathrooms are clean as well! We come weekly and are always happy with our selections.”

“I had left my shopper card in my car and was having trouble completing my customer’s order with my digital card. I asked the associate if I could step away to go and get it, she was super nice about it and allowed me to go and get my physical card. What was supposed to be a minute for me to find it turned into 10 and I was expecting them to say I had to get my items again. It was very busy at the time and I would’ve understood that completely. I came back and not only were they holding my cart for me, they had rebadged some items so that they would take up less room. That meant a lot to me, the little things matter and they really exceeded my expectations.”

“Good shopping experience.I wanted 12/12 packs of Lipton bottled green tea. the stock boy helped me load it in a cart,then my car wouldn't or couldn't take a tip. I shop at Food Lion average once a week.Low prices. Good selections.”
“I love Lidl as a general rule, but this Lidl is by far the best I have found so far. It's bigger than the Lidl I used to go to, and they have a much wider selection of products! I love the fresh baked items when you walk in the door, the great produce and awesome fish selection. They have a much larger and more abundant selection of miscellaneous and hardware items. The store is clean and has great parking. The aisles are wide, making it easy access for people with disabilities. There are quite a few handicapped parking spots right in the front. The workers here are very helpful! All in all a great shopping experience!”
“Went here for something sweet. I ended up getting the strawberry smoothie with whipped cream. It was fixed quickly. I have to say the medium was pretty big for me but my friend thought it was a little small. Just keep the sizes in mind but overall it was incredible :)”
“Even though some of their products changed and lost some really good drivers it is a shame they closed. As a kid I loved the truck delivering goodies and it's sad the new investors took the company down a bad path and drove them out of business. Their business model to ship rather than deliver their own goods was their downfall.”

“I had to stop by this Dollar General store location this morning to grab a few things. I've visited this location many times previously, because the staff is always helpful and they're consistently open. Of the four locations in Lexington, this location is always stocked and properly staffed. This location is conveniently located on US-378, and they've a huge parking lot. The store is always clean and well maintained. I never have to wait in a long line, because they have self checkout counters.”

“I don't know what to say besides, I really do love Publix. Here in the south of their considered a more "northern" grocery store. I don't know that I would agree with that, but I don't disagree. I find their fresh flour selection impressive for a grocery store. As for their bakery, most everything we make is pretty yummy, but there Chicago hard loaf/dinner rolls, which are made fresh fresh (if you are a bread lover, like me and my husband....they are to die for. Given that my husband has heart disease, too heart attack and six stents a month after turning 54. We are certainly more cognizant of what we are putting in our mouth. Publix makes it significantly easier without having to sacrifice flavor. Not only do I recommend this supermarket chain but I am also a loyal customer.”
“Typical of many Dollar General stores, the isles are tight and there is overstock/new items on racks throughout the store making navigation difficult. However, the selection is great and many of my favorite things for everyday living can be found in one store.”

“The personnel are so helpful and kind! I gave only 4 stars because corporate is the factor in my rating. I shop there every single week and they're all consistently busy stocking, organizing, making themselves available to us customers for questions and checkout. I do have to make honorable mentions to the following employees and manager: Andrea (management), Jake (cashier/stocker) & David (floor management/stocker). They are the KINDEST, MOST HELPFUL team members I've encountered! I'm thankful for them! They remember you and call you by name if you ever told them your name. They work SO hard! My family and I are grateful for ALLLLL of them!”

“We have used Four Oaks for years and so has our extended family. Over the years we have shipped items to friends and family in Virginia and even Germany. My husband insist on only Four Oaks yellow stone ground grits. They carry a wide variety of tasty products at reasonable prices. We drive an hour each way just to shop there . I highly recommend this store.”
