I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. They only used OEM parts to fix my car. They worked with the insurance company when they uncovered extra damage that was not visible before tearing the car down. They picked up the rental car tab when my insurance rental car coverage maxed out. Lastly, and most importantly, my car looks better now than it did the day I bought it. “It's unfortunate that someone broke into my Hyundai sonata. Broke the handle and the ignition trying to steal it. Insurance gave me money to fix it but not enough. I called westside collision because I dealt with them when I had car problems before. All it took was one phone call and dropping my car off. They were even done before the day they told me it would be done. I didn't have much money to pay the deductible but Andy made it work for me. Any car problems they I have, I am going here! And I would recommend this place to anyone that has a car problem. People are scared to go big mechanic shops because they think it's gonna be expensive. They price everything fair. And they worked with me they last 2x I had problem. The staff is great too. They even washed the car for me before I arrive. It's better to deal with people that you trust.
