After some confusion regarding the payment and booking of our car rental at the Charleston Airport Budget Car Rental location the previous day, Dee was able to rectify the issue for us quickly and effectively due to her professionalism and understanding of better business practices. The customer service that we received at Budget Car Rental at 390 Meeting Street was greatly appreciated after the confusion at the airport. Dee also made sure to ask whether or not we had a good car seat for our young son. We left feeling relieved and ready to enjoy our much awaited 10 day family vacation in South Carolina.”
