“Hey Everyone, I wanted to let y'all know about my experience using this phone repair shop. I switched mobile carriers and was in need of having my phone unlocked. The Phone Man wasn't able to complete the proceess bc my smartphone was very old (3+ years) (full refund) but he was able to get me in touch with someone who had what I needed and could get the new phone to me asap bc I had a few days left b4 my port authorization expired. Along the way, he also helped me get through a very tough time when I couldn't get through another second w/o crying. He was very nice and refused to let me attempt to drive in that condition- for this I am forever grateful. The only thing that Phone Man Repair needs to work on is communication regarding how and when I could pick up the new phone. I had the repair shop's # and he gave me another business number. I had a lot more success getting in touch with him using the 2nd #. Overall, I recommend him bc he was knowledgeable, great @ explaining 2 me exactly what was going on and connected me with someone who did have what I needed and I receivedit in a timely manner. Thanks”

“I was searching for a new carrier since I was disappointed with Verizon. Mike helped me right away and helped me pick out a phone for my needs. He explained everything thoroughly and transferred all of my data from my old phone to my new. Even though i could have taken the two phones with me during the transfer, he didn't mind me waiting at the store while that was being done. I was there less than an hour. “Amazingly experienced technical help at this store! My phone did a reset (still can't figure out how that happened). All of my phone info was GONE. These wonderful people were able to restore my contacts and photos. I was incredibly grateful. Also learned the Verizon messenger does not back up your texts. The app doesn't even have the feature to save conversations. If they get deleted, they are gone forever.”

“I'm sorry, I know I'm gonna butcher your name, but Leatreasa absolutely turned my experience around. I suspended service on a line (grounded my kid) and went back to activate the line...and the line was not on my account anymore.
I chatted with the bot and it just kept asking me if I needed more help and never answered my question. I called and asked for customer service to help with what i thought would be a trivial issue, but the guy i got was trying to give me a promotion and a new phone and line. Got frustrated and decided to go to the actual store.
Full transparency, the lack of being able to solve a simple problem via chat or calling customer service had me frustrated to the point of just paying off the devices and moving to a different carrier. Thankfully I got an absolutely amazing representative who solved all my problems with the click of a button. Seriously, I know its a trivial issue, but the experience I had with online and over the phone help left me wondering about customer service in general with Verizon. She fixed it and has my thanks....I did not wanna call back and jump through the hoops again and still have no resolution. It's Saturday, I just wanna chill. Thank you!”
