“Rachel was extremely helpful and does her job very well. I have watched this facility for years. The facility is spotless. Storage King should be very proud as to how well it is maintained. My only criticism, if I have one is that you don’t see the facility until you’re right on top of it due to overgrown trees. Calabash road traffic is increasing daily. It’s dangerous trying to slow down in front of entrance.”
“Kim and Bob are the best. Thanks to my stupidity got off to a terrible start with them but they were kind, patient, efficient and very professional. Everything got straightened out and our move in could not have been better. So now have second space and again very happy. Its strategic position in the center of Longs provides convenient access to all structures and commercial establishments.As a commercial tenant, I would respectfully suggest that enhancements could be made to the buildings, roadways, and overall property maintenance. Compared to some of the other newer, more advanced facilities that have gone in in recent years, I feel like we are lacking curb appeal in our community. Additionally, I would like to emphasize the significance of the staff's contribution to the success of this facility. Their prompt attention to any issues or repair needs ensures a seamless and efficient operation.”

“I've been renting for years but the hours of access suck. 7pm cutoff for access is alot of stress... maybe extend it to 10pm. Ive also seen signs of bug and rodent infestation on occasion. (Droppings, etc.) Furthermore, they updated the keypad that displays gibberish but it works as long as you don't accidentally hit the wrong keystroke. This has been for months. Just fix it already for what we pay. The rates seen to increase often. With what I've just mentioned, I don't understand where the extra money goes.”
