“Had to stay in the waiting room while my car was getting it's windshield replaced. It took two hours. The receptionist was very nice. They had some water and the TV on while I waited with several others. You can easily miss the turn. It is on a steep driveway, but not enough for your car to scrape the bottom when exiting and entering. Unfortunately, a worker left a tool of there's in our backseat, but it is a bit out of my way to drop it off to them.”

“Start to finish great experience with Classic Collision in Summerville! I took my 21 Kia Sorento here for rear end repairs. The customer service was top notch. Christian was amazing! He effectively communicated every step of the way and I did not have to call the shop to check on the status of parts or the repair process. My car was repaired and ready a week prior to the expected repair date. The repair team did an outstanding job as well. Everything is as good as new! 10/10 would recommend for anyone in need of a repair shop.”

“I’ve read the previous reviews and was real weary about dealing with this company. This is where USAA chose for my car repair. I have dealt with the ladies at the front desk for two weeks now. I have been in the shop and called on the phone multiple times. I have to be honest here, I did not see anything during my experience with Gerber to make me believe these reviews.I was called Ms. Willis, heard thank you and please every time I dealt with these ladies. I was treated with respect and was listened to. “The folks at 1st choice are top notch. We had a leaking window in our van and it was a difficult piece of glass to find. The glass was unbroken just had a bad seal. We talked about our option if he were to break the glass. He took extra steps to not only fix the leak but save the glass. We are so thankful and highly recommend them to anyone in need.”
