It was incredibly busy when I was there right before the holidays and the staff was still smiling, friendly and extremely helpful! Especially Melinda (i believe her name was) if not it was close and started with an M. She went above and beyond to help me find the perfect items. It made shopping more enjoyable. “I purchased two jackets last Christmas and only received one. I tried to contact customer service multiple times but did not receive a response. Truly disappointing, as the jacket I did receive was adorable and I think there are so many cute clothes on the website.

After posting my review, I was finally able to connect with customer service and received the refund for the missing jacket. While it wasn’t the most convenient, I’m glad the situation was resolved and I look forward to revisiting the site!”
“Updated 03/18/26: I think the store pumps air freshner through the HVAC vents,, I could not escape the scent. Cut shopping short to leave.
10/4/25: the redesign for checkout seems to be the norm for these days, glad for the self checkout lane too. The floor is tight in women's clothing, can barely get my shopping cart through the aisles.
