“I just want to Thank Peter from the Taylor’s branch and Sunny from the Inman branch who has been assisting me with my account since the merge of the two banks. When I say I truly feel like these two individuals care I really do bc I had requested for a supervisor to call me twice I had been to the bank 10 times within 8 days. These two amazing people I encountered need a raise they are the only reason I am still a customer on today 3/17/22. I was depleted sitting in the office I was confused and overwhelmed an I have anxiety. They took their time they cared enough to call me to look into what was going on and to see from a customer side they kept in touched with the issues they gave resolution to avoid future issues for this I give 4 stars individually I would give Peter an sunny 10 stars. I didn’t get my funds back or at least yet but I feel better an more secure money gone come an go but these two has helped me change my mind and try to rebuild my faith in this institution now that matters and that means more at least to me! And their mobile bank app is one of the most comprehensive one that I've seen. You can pay on your car, house, or any other loan inside the app.
