He was very informative, not sure if he is the manager but he should be with his customer service skills. This was the best experiences I’ve had a Hibbett store. “I had the best experience. Mr.Crims was able to accommodate my after hours club fitting. He not only refitted my whole bag he also made sure I understood what was going on every step of the way so I could play my best game possible. He was very affordable. He’s vast knowledge of golf definitely stood out. He was able to get me back on the course with a one day turn around it was unbelievable. It was a 180 experience compared to one of our first times there.”

Really good recommendations on what I was looking for in a shoe.They also help with measuring and taking into consideration on your foot specifically with their scanners and walking tests to check posture.I started to get into walking more and my brooks are amazing. I couldn’t decide between those or the on clouds at the time but they steered me in the right direction.They still serve me well after almost a year later.”

“A little hard to find (it's all the way in the back on the right) but it's well worth it. Had a little mix up, but the way it was handled was so far beyond my expectations that I'm writing this review. When I picked up my daughter's uniforms, the associate was extremely nice and prompt. All the mix up took was 1 email. I had my item the next day! In most situations, you have to deal with an interrogation and ton of proof. They are clearly organized and bright enough to look up everything and be proactive and caring enough to make their customers happy. That's not something I see anymore with other businesses.”

“I want to give a very personal and heartfelt thank you to the Greenville Mr. Knickerbocker. My older brother was admitted to the ICU and rapidly declined. My mom wanted a pair of Clemson socks to replace the yellow, non-slip socks from the hospital. Knowing our time was limited and without family help, neither of us were able to leave the hospital to get any in time or find someone to help. I called this location and asked if there was any way I could buy a pair and pay whatever was needed to have it delivered to the hospital. Shortly after, I received a text from someone arranging to bring them. When I met her outside, I learned she was the owner. She picked up a pair on her way and delivered them to me free of charge, and also took the time to pray for my family. Summer, thank you so much. Although my brother passed, I am very thankful we had some comfort from being able to make him comfortable and sport his favorite team. I’ve always been a big fan, but even bigger now ❤️”

“ATV Outfitters seems to be one of those good small town companies you wish there were more of. I ordered these floor boards and while they did take a good while to get to me (waiting on third party to make them) Matthew was always very polite to me when I would call or email to ask about the status of my order. He even took time to contact the manufacturer to specifically check on my order. I always appreciate good customer service who show they care about taking care of their customers. Thank you for making sure I got my floor boards.”

“I recently went in to Top Left Lacrosse and I was blown away by the selection and prices. They had a wide variety of equipment and the pricing was the same or even lower than the big box stores. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. I went in looking for a new head and gloves. I purchased the head and had it strung exactly the way I like it. The gloves were not in stock in my size but they made a call down to their location in Charleston and I got them the next day. I highly recommend this place if you want to learn and grow your game.”
