“Car was shutting off when I was idle or stop at a red light , I looked online to see if I can find a mechanic near me , found Metro Works and they had good reviews , drove my car to their location met Shaun and he plugged in his computer , found 3 codes (something about the cam shaft sensor), we went inside to look at it on his monitor, at that moment another person from Metro works walks in the office and within 30 seconds they new exactly what was wrong . Told me to get an oil change if that don’t work come back . Went around the corner got an oil change and now it’s running smooth . Saved me about 500$ bucks . They could’ve easily ripped me off , but they didn’t . I recommend this company to everyone. You guys are awesome !!!”

“My wipers on my 2000 Buick Lesabre would not shut off. I had to pull the fuse to drive the car when it was not raining. A real pain. I called a local GM dealer to fix it and they said we don’t fix cars that old. Really ! I found Richard's Automotive on google maps and they replaced the wiper motor. Now good as new and shut off when they should. I am glad I found this place a new home for my old Buick for repairs.”

“In desperate need of tires when the gentleman who answered the phone absolutely amazed me beyond belief! He multitask and never once did I feel anyone was neglected or ignored he answered all questions while checking someone out at the register, helping me on the phone, and assisting another lady who must have been at the counter. I applaud this gentleman and wish more employees at Walmart had his talent. All I can say is he must have waited tables in the past to be able to handle everything as he did without breaking a sweat it seemed”
