“I came in because my car had given me a scare. It cut off while I was driving.????????????. I was able to get my car to Autozone store #244. Nelson helped me. He was very professional and very helpful. He put my car on the diagnostic machine. He asked me to open the hood, looked around and started thinking about things that COULD HAVE caused my problem. We went into the store, looked at the codes. He explained each one. He recommended a temporary fix AND he printed out my trouble sheet of the codes and their meaning. I walked away less frustrated and was able to make it home without further incident. What am I going to do this morning? I'm going to Firestone with the copy of the code readings so that they have a better handle on what happened last night and what NELSON said. Shout-out to NELSON. He greatly helped me in my time of car care scare. Thank you.”

“My wipers on my 2000 Buick Lesabre would not shut off. I had to pull the fuse to drive the car when it was not raining. A real pain. I called a local GM dealer to fix it and they said we don’t fix cars that old. Really ! I found Richard's Automotive on google maps and they replaced the wiper motor. Now good as new and shut off when they should. I am glad I found this place a new home for my old Buick for repairs.”

“In desperate need of tires when the gentleman who answered the phone absolutely amazed me beyond belief! He multitask and never once did I feel anyone was neglected or ignored he answered all questions while checking someone out at the register, helping me on the phone, and assisting another lady who must have been at the counter. I applaud this gentleman and wish more employees at Walmart had his talent.
