I had a great experience on many occasions. The staff is nice, friendly, and the advisors were very helpful. Plus, the ATM works great and efficient.

I have been in this bank multiple times and can only get the one fella in his office to actually help me. The “manager” Kesha is never there. Seems like first citizens needs to do some rearranging of their positions.

I was doing a drive through business. Catie was so supportive and nice to help me. After it's done, she even got a treat for my puppy! Can you imagine get dog treat from a bank drive through? Wow that's amazing! Catie is the god of making people happy 😃
