“Rom was very nice, bed was great. Breakfast was very good. Only a couple of things, water pressure in shower was not too great. We did let them know at the front desk, said she would put a note into maintenance.”
“Great hotel with a great location to good restaurants and shopping - Sams Club, Walmart, and TJ Maxx. Breakfast was great, however they were short-staffed on housekeeping. Our room was not refreshed. They provided towels, coffee, and trash pickup if you ask the front desk for the service. We recommend Minervas and Dakotahs for restaurants.”
“Short but lovely stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in Rapid City, SD. Took advantage of the in house Resturant for dinner. Got upgraded to a nice larger room with a sitting area - thank you Hilton Garden Inn. Staff was friendly and helpful when checking in and out.”

“Faucet was really loose. Shampoo, Body Wash and Conditioner rack was loose.
Comforter had a stain on it. Luckily the room had 2 queen beds so, I slept on the other bed.”

“True confession…I have not stayed at this motel myself but I do know who is working HARD to remodel and improve it. Donna is a fabulous designer; her and John are great people and I know when they are finished, it will be absolutely beautiful. Rapid City is fortunate to have business owners who take pride in their business. Great changes are started, to be completed soon!”
“We stayed here one night in a mobility room. It was really wonderful because it gave the room that I needed to walk and able to get into the bed and rest properly. The bathroom is open spacious. The beds were fantastically comfortable continental breakfast was good. I had a young lady help me with my plate and food as I could not carry both with my cane. The staff at the front desk were so kind and accommodating. I will definitely stay here again Clean friendly just awesome all the way around.”
“So happy & fortunate in finding this place, we call it home for now, while me & my wife are here in town for a project.
The office people are so friendly & kind (Stacie) shes always sending tex messages to notify us bout everything. Place is secured with cameras & clean. Laundry room down stairs clean & always functioning.

“Loved everything about this place. Location was great and very reasonably priced. We had the 1 bedroom suite which provided plenty of space. Full kitchen and bonus is the indoor water park that was connected to the hotel. Definitely recommend”

“Nice hotel, although our fridge didn't work. They wouldn't let us check in until 3. It was 2:30.Then I had to stand in line for 10 minutes. There were kids running up and down the hall, screaming at 10:30 at night. That woke me up. So not my favorite stay. But, it was a nice place.”

“I loved my stay at this place. The service is phenomenal with Chastity, Steve and bartender Ari at your service. I felt beyond welcome here. As soon as I walked into the bar, Ari invited me to turn in the candle lights with a wizard wand. It really added to the experience of feeling right at home. Chastity is a wonderful person to talk to and Steve was very accommodating. The security guy, who I had failed to get a name to, was so amazing with recommendations. Everyone here really shows what hospitality means and feeling right at home in your stay. I would definitely stay here if I should be in Rapid City again.”

“I honestly cannot think of any reason to complain nor complaints. Moody, Barbara, and Walter, the three employees that I've met, are very nice and helpful. They will work with you if any issues occur and do what they can to insure a pleasant stay. My stay was very nice and comfortable and I will recommend the Rodeway Inn to everyone.”
“Not bad, we usually only do the BW Plus. Great hotel for families, with the indoor water park. Ask for a room near the reception, A/B/C wing, very large hotel. Rooms were clean. Very large parking lot”

“What I love: cleanliness, the little member offers which encourages you to stay at the hotel
What I hate : greed and the absurd near $10 parking fee.
Housekeeping: I know for well that the housekeeping staff work exceptionally hard in any hotel. At least the clean ones anyway.
I love the sheets are cotton, and not propagating more microfibers into the water system. microfiber sheets feel disgusting on my skin - maybe it’s a sensory issue, I don’t know but they are VERY bad for the environment and are killing humans.
I’m grateful that they don’t waste energy on ironing their sheets, however what I hate is the turn down look with the notch in the pillow, which literally looks like somebody has walked in, sat down on the bed, tested it, partially pulled the sheet flat again and then walked out. Hahaha imagine having that job ?. Back to being serious, this room ‘look’ or aesthetic actually feels extremely invasive. To be fair I the housekeeping staff, it’s not representative of the hard work that’s gone into making sure the room is pristine.”
