I’ll be honest, we’re from Sioux Falls and our normal vet clinic is one of the bigger names in town, but in an emergency situation they just didn’t meet our expectations. We called around with the information we knew about the situation and stumbled upon Horizon Pet Care. They were able to squeeze my dog in for his surgery same day. From the moment we walked in with O’Malley we were treated with such compassion, honesty and care during an extremely stressful time. O’Malley’s surgery went smoothly, communication throughout his stay at the clinic was thorough, and follow-up care was exceptional. It was very obvious everyone cared about his comfort and recovery. I am beyond grateful for their skill, kindness and dedication to care. We will definitely be back for all routine visits and needs. I trust them more than any other vet we’ve been to, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a vet in the great Sioux area and surrounding!

They are flexible and personable and truly caring people who really work hard to make sure that your pet is healthy and happy. I have a very old Newfoundland mix, and the resident vet has been very good at helping me keep my old pooch healthy and happy.

She was able to work with scheduling my 3 pets under a short timeline. I am so grateful for their help and never once did it seem like I was an inconvenience!
