“Customer service at the desk both during pick up and drop off were very friendly and prompt. Was given a few options of SUVs to choose from at pick up and agent was helpful by informing me of incoming snow so suggested a Jeep. Jeep was clean and definitely did well in the snow and during my travels.”
“One day before our trip to South Dakota from Florida, Hertz called and said we wouldn't be able to pick up our van until the next day. This was an issue because we were a group of twelve staying in Lead City which was almost an hour away. Frankie came to our rescue with a van rental the day we flew in which was on Christmas and at 10:30 PM. We couldn't thank him enough for helping us out and accommodating what we needed for our trip! “My wife and I had been on vacation in the form of a road trip from the Austin area in Texas to the Black hills of South dakota. We're involved in an auto accident on our first day up there and had to rent a car. Enterprise could not accommodate us which was the closest place in town to rent a car. But we called Alamo and picked one up at the airport. The two people that helped us at the airport where the kindest most considerate and efficient folks that I've ever dealt with when renting a car. There was a discrepancy with pricing I'd received when making the reservation but they immediately rectified it and had us on our way in an upgrade vehicle. Best experience ever in running a car!”
