They went out of their way to look stuff up for us and dig through inventory to find one specific thing we were searching for. Their selection is a little limited because the store is smaller, but they have plenty of size comparison clothing available and are happy to order the piece you want for shipping. Great place!!”

The pictures online do it no justice on the look and feel. “The store is well organized and clean. My issue is the lack of customer service. I went in to the store before Thanksgiving time and went by multiple associates and was never greeted or acknowledged once, not even a hi or a smile. The girls working in the fitting room were just having a social hour the whole time I was there talking to each other and were not helpful or present to the other customers. I experienced this same thing in offline and Aerie stores and honestly most other stores in the mall. Please train your associates how to greet customers and be more professional when they are on the floor.”

Spencer's does have a lot of junk products and gag related stuff but if you need some youthful looking fashion you can get it right here even if it is a bit pricey for what you get. The workers here can be odd to deal with but that's typical of most mall stores now.”

I've been shopping at Filly Flair for about 4 years. They are so helpful telling me what the material is. I can't wear polyester or nylon due to allergies and they have lives where they try on clothes and they read the tags for me so I know that I'm purchasing cotton and linen clothing. I purchase about 98% of my clothes from Filly Flair. It's also fast and free shipping on everything! The quality is amazing!”
