Great selection of styles but more so Somer is great at helping you find what you are looking for and even more so she shows you styles you never thought you could wear and then realize you can! She makes it fun! The staff is always there to give the personal shopping experience.

“Worth the Drive!! I brought a favorite, well worn, Birks sandals in for a complete overhaul because this style is no longer made. The reviews I read made me feel pretty confident in making the drive. So glad I did. It did take a little longer than promised, but at no fault of their own, the shipment of Birks footbeds/soles came in late. They cleaned up my old straps to match the new bottoms. This is the place to go to repair discontinued Birks!”
“The shoes may seem expensive, but they only sell top quality brands. Trust them! They know their stuff! Fantastic service, very knowledgeable, relatable, and just genuinely nice employees.
Tell them what type of shoe you want, if for a specific issue, purpose, etc... they will have choices for you quickly! And, if not the choices you want....they'll find more. I will ALWAYS go here for our shoe needs.”

“As someone very new to running, I am glad I stopped in here to get my first pair of running shoes. I had stopped a few other places before here to try on shoes and almost ended up with a pair that would have been awful for me, and could have easily discouraged me from running. These guys helped fit me, while educating me on what to look for and why. Great, easy experience, I didn't feel pressured into buying anything, prices were great, good rewards program, I'll definitely be going back for my next pair in the future. If you're a beginner looking to get into running I would highly recommend stopping here first!”

“Stopped in Monday to buy my son a new pair of shoes. They were extremely helpful and patient while my son decided exactly what shoes he wanted. Got up to the counter and they realized we had 2 different sizes so they quickly fixed that for us. after we paid and left, we soon realized there was a defect in one of the shoes, so we stopped back in and they quickly fixed the situation. We will be making shoe carnival our go to spot for shoes now!”
“Made a special trip to buy school shoes from DSW because I am a teacher. Just to find out the teacher discount that DSW did last August did not return. I guess I was lucky to get the discount last year. DSW's corporate office canceled the teacher discount halfway through August last year due to the discount being over used. That is why I gave DSW 4 stars instead of 5. I took away a star because 5 stars get over used.”

“I made a shoe purchase on a Saturday and brought them home for my daughter and they were snug. I called the store to reserve the size larger and let them know I would be back the next day. I walked into the store on Sunday and before I could even say anything I was recognized and greeted. I was so surprised with the customer service. Honestly, I thought I would be lucky if someone even set aside the shoes so I wanted to be sure to let them know I noticed and appreciated their attentiveness! Thank you!”
“This place was nice and offered a variety of shoes to choose from for adults, but not school age kids. I came here to buy "back to school" shoes for my kids who are seven and five years and they really didn't have much of a selection for every day athletic shoes. I did buy some Sketchers, yes, but I was hoping to see more from brands like Nike, Adidas, Reebok, New Balance or Asics.”

“Walked in Finish Line. Spent 10 minutes in an empty store with the 3 associates talking amongst themselves and on their cell phone. Got fed up, let them know that they lost a customer and the , "OK sir", instead of an apology...So walked across to foot locker and within a minute, associate Logan walked up and offered to help.Earned my business simple because an associate greeted me... its the little things and if I'm going to spend money, it's going to be at a place that shows me respect ?”

“After a long day of school shopping we finally stumbled across this finish line which was perfect for our last stop because all we needed were shoes ! Upon entering the store I could tell it was well managed because it was spotless and had the latest trends on display ! They staff were unbelievably kind and greeted us as soon as we came in which was nice ! After shopping around the store for a lil bit my two daughters selected a shoe to try on and one of the store members who’s name was Maurice I think quickly came to see what we needed and went and gathered the shoes for them to try own !my kids can be a lil indecisive when it comes to everything but no matter how many times they asked for different shoes he handled them with care! When my girls finally found the shoes we wanted we were quickly rang up and thanked for coming in ! It was one of the best experiences with shoe shopping I had .they didn’t make us feel rushed or even show frustration when my kids just could make up there minds ! I highly recommend this store if you like great customer service ..although it’s way in the back of the mall it was worth the walk!
