“Ask for Jayden! He went the extra mile & got me set up with a phone that fit my budget. He was knowledgeable on all the products and offered a service plan that is excellent for my work needs. He also kept corporate on their toes by making sure they applied a discount that was applied the day before but the power went out so the transaction couldn’t be finalized until the following day. He’s honest and doesn’t beat around the bush. Friendly, knowledgeable, and deserves a raise!!”
“Stopped in to get an estimate to replace the screen on my Samsung Flip 5. Both the gentleman helping me & I knew that the price to repair it wouldn't be cost effective, but I need the estimate for insurance purposes. He was very helpful even knowing that they would most likely not be getting any business from me given this situation. Thank you!”
“It was a very busy day at the verizen store. All staff worked very diligently & efficiently to get accomplished what I needed. All staff were kind, helpful & studious about their work & ensured my needs were met. Great job!”
“Have used this Verizon Location for around 10-years and they have always been helpful. Jake gave us great customer service and took time with explaining our plan options and worked to get us a great package. Thanks Again!!”
“Wow I thought Rundaq was good but when I walked into The Cell Phone Guy I was greeted with a smile, a friendly face, and a team of people who knew what they were doing! So hard to find people that understand prepaids and cell phones. I do not want another contract store.”
“I was here tonight because my daughter needed a new phone. We ended up going somewhere else to purchase the phone. Because unfortunately there is no price match here. But we came back and the lady helped my daughter with setting her new phone up. My daughter was very anxious and at times was very frustrating. The lady was absolutely amazing with my her. She had such a huge amount of patients and I can't be grateful enough. I never did catch her name but I appreciate everything she did for my daughter!!!”

“I had trouble with a cricket phone I had purchased and had stopped in at this location to see if they could help. Sara figured out what was wrong with it right away and the store manager even purchased a new SIM card for me so I could walk out with a working phone. Hizmo is so amazing for paying it forward!! I am truly thankful for both of them for being so nice and making it more than just a great experience ???”
“Himzo helped my friends activate a phone and was very helpful and kind in his interactions. I would definitely recommend Himzo at Crickt on North Minnesota Ave!”
“Kelly, Ryan & Mike helped me get a phone unclocked so my son could use it while his phone get's repaired. Thank You so much for the team work guys!!! It was very appreciated!”
