I had to return a shirt purchased from a different Marshall's store. I did have my receipt. The clerk was extremely nice and processed my return with no problem.

Love this store but HATE waiting in line for 20 minutes to check out. Marshall's need to put more cashiers on the checkout. Line is back to the checkout entry. Uncalled for
