“Troy did a spectacular job repainting the hood of my 2017 Toyota Rav 4. The clear coat started peeling off. Another large shop in town told my it would cost $3,000 to repaint just the hood. Troy and his crew did a beautiful job for a fraction of the price. We will be taking all of our vehicles to Troy and his crew for repainting. Their work is impeccable!”

“My spouse and I went into Courtesy Subaru back in September 2022 to look at the Outbacks. We met Steve. Steve was incredibly patient throughout the whole process. He showed us the vehicles and answered all our questions. We wanted to give it a few days to think it over. There was no pressure whatsoever, and Steve told us to let him know when we were ready. We can back shortly later to order an Outback Wilderness. Steve took the time to make sure we got everything we wanted, crunched numbers for us, and offered a trade-in on our vehicle above the blue book value. It took ~6 months to receive the vehicle, but Steve kept us informed on the car's status during that time. We just picked up our car this week, and we could not be happier. I wasn't surprised to hear people say that once they get a Subaru, they stick with it. But we were completely blown away by the customer service. Seriously, it was one of the best experiences we've ever had in buying a vehicle. Even after purchasing it, Steve said to occasionally stop by for a car wash and to just say hi. I highly recommend Courtesy Subaru. If you go-definitely go thru Steve! You won't be disappointed.”

He is fast and easy to work with. His prices are reasonable and his finished sandblasting products are awesome. I was very pleased with my experience with Nitro Alley Sandblasting. I assume they are the same guys under different names haha...”

“A guy named Albert who was working last week was welcoming and friendly? so I felt that I could approach him with my car part situation. Which is a big decision for me when I first walk in and how or if I get helped by the employee depending on how busy it is or the circumstances.
He was able to show me what was available and asked if I was budgeting or had a price range and we'd work from there....once I informed him he was then able to install my part for my car while I looked around inside.
When he was done he showed the job he did...it looked secure to me and was really glad that i didn't have to try and get it replaced myself or do it myself?.
He is the guy you want to ask for or go too. ⭐”
“I don't know about most of you, but in general, my dealings with car sales people have been notoriously bad. With that said, its a brand new generation of folks out there and Shannon Kelly's leading them with all the traits I used to think that particular profession lacked. Though she couldn't help me, she remained gracious and kind, even going as far as making a few suggestions about where I might find what I needed....any one in customer service willing to loose a potential client by sending them where their needs will be best met is a rock star to begin with. But she went a step further and checked in later to make sure all went well.
Seriously, above and beyond and as soon as I think Gateway has something that fits me, I'll be right back reaching out. She's made sure Gateway is the first of 3 places I'll ever recommend to someone looking for a car in the area.”
“I always cringe walking into these stores because of past experiences that were never that great. Usually you walk in, get no help and feels like you are a problem when asking for it. This time was entirely different. Walked in, right away got a hello and asked what I was looking for,Windshield wipers.. looked up the numbers FOR ME told me the wipers that were on sale, grabbed them for me, when I was paying for them asked if he could install them for me. I DIDN'T EVEN HAVE TO ASK! Such a great fast experience. Unfortunately I didn't get his name, they should give him a raise. Lol.”
