“Everything you can’t get at Home Depot you get here. First of all you can get directed to what you’re looking for. Better yet you don’t have to search or wait for someone to help you, and they all are extremely knowledgeable. If you tell them your problem, they will direct you to the proper tools and even assemble them sometimes for you if assembly is required. It’s a friendly local store. It may be 1/10 the size of Home Depot, so there is a trade-off in terms of selection. And they don’t have all of the categories that Home Depot has. But they do get you to the right tools for your project. For handiwork they generally have what I need.”

“Just got my Xbox series x a month ago. Went back home to Nashville to visit family for thanksgiving and I packed it up and brought it with me. Well somehow the HDMI port got damaged and was not displaying anything on the tv when I hooked it up. Upon researching, apparently it’s quite common in the series x and also the PS5. Obviously I am upset about this, so I found ubreakifix by asurion in Nashville and I call them up telling them my problem. They got me an appointment that day and even got it fixed THAT DAY! Now If I’m being totally honest it was a little more pricey than I would’ve wanted, but let’s be honest everything is now a days. Anyways, thank you so much for the wonderful service and for the urgency. You have definitely earned a repeat customer! The staff was amazing but especially Sterling! Thank you!”

“In Nashville from out of town. Right before returning home my 15 year old daughter dropped and broke her phone. Raced to Cell Doc shortly before closing time. They were so kind and fixed her phone in 10 minutes. Can you imagine the 10 hour drive home with a teenager with no working phone? Thankfully I don’t have to go through that torture thanks to Cell Doc!! They were fast and did a perfect job. Amazing customer service which is so rare these days!”
