“Just got my Xbox series x a month ago. Went back home to Nashville to visit family for thanksgiving and I packed it up and brought it with me. Well somehow the HDMI port got damaged and was not displaying anything on the tv when I hooked it up. Upon researching, apparently it’s quite common in the series x and also the PS5. Obviously I am upset about this, so I found ubreakifix by asurion in Nashville and I call them up telling them my problem. They got me an appointment that day and even got it fixed THAT DAY! Now If I’m being totally honest it was a little more pricey than I would’ve wanted, but let’s be honest everything is now a days. Anyways, thank you so much for the wonderful service and for the urgency. You have definitely earned a repeat customer! The staff was amazing but especially Sterling! Thank you!”

A customer might expect a smoother restart flowchart app , as you're paying monthly fee for 3 weeks service - voluntarily ! More profit . The alternative is AGONIZINGLY SLOW DATA. Some employees do not even know what a restart is .”
