Their pharmacists and technicians are some of the kindest and caring people. They really go out of their way to answer any questions and to get you in and out quickly. “I used the car wash at this gas station tonight for the first time in quite a while because my car was really dirty from driving a lot. I was soooo pleased to realize that I have been wasting money at the car wash just up the road (not even sure of the name, but it's just past the CVS. I should also mention that I tried to get a car wash there last night and the machine took my payment but the wash never started. Man was I disappointed!!). But my car is super clean and it's all better now. I will continue to spend my $10 (maybe even $12) at this Mapco AND get a much better wash!!!THANKS ?”

“We stop here before getting on the Natchez Trace. Busy every time we were there and the employees were all nice. Store was clean as were the bathrooms.Prices just like any other convenience store. No problem stopping when we're in the area. Main road was/is busy and a lot of new buildings in the area. Would not shu away from it especially if getting on the Trace.”

Definitely hope either one or both of them are promoted to manager. They have what it takes to continue giving the great service they give to our neighborhood Mapco. “This Walgreens, located at the corner of Cool Springs Boulevard and Mallory Lane in Franklin is your standard Walgreens location for the most part. The one thing that does separate them from the others I have visited in the city is the level of service. I work in the area, so I normally pop in here for small things to and from the office with my recent drop by being to pick up a few photos I had printed. The photo counter was staffed, which was a surprise honestly. He was nice and quickly gave me my photos. I went to the front to ring up, and the cashier was positive and friendly throughout the process. The store can be a bit of a mess on occasion, which seems to be the theme for Walgreens honestly. Always seem to be stepping over items or moving unmanned stocking carts out of my way. Overall, solid Walgreens location that I have no issues utilizing!”

“This MAPCO is located on Old Hickory just before or after the I-40 East entrance ramp, depending on which way you are headed, and for the most part is your standard small convenience store. Gas prices here are usually in line with the other nearby locations, so nothing special there. They do have a working air pump, which is what brought me in recently. It is insane how difficult it is to find an air pump that is actually working around town! Since I was already there, I popped in to grab a drink. This store is smaller than most, so the options of snacks and drinks is definitely limited. Also, they do not have any variety of hot food like the other MAPCO locations. Standard convenience store with drink coolers, snacks, chips, candy and fountain drinks/coffee. Service was solid. The cashier greeted me when I came in and wished me a good day when I left. She was kind and friendly. The store was clean, even though it smelled like urinal cakes...but I guess that means the bathrooms were clean as well! Conditionally, the store was in decent shape. No major issues with either. Overall, this MAPCO location is a good option to refill and with no frills for locals or the interstate traveler.”

This walgreens was able to answer my questions about my medication and without laughing at me as a patient. Francesca was extremely helpful and answered every question the other walgreens on Charlotte pike 37209 did not.”
“Went to pick up some photos from Walgreens. I only saw one employee so I had to wait until they were free. She was polite and got my order ready quickly. There are no issues parking here. Aside from that, it was a routine transaction. If you get pics from Walgreens, it shouldn’t be too bad. It’s not too pricy either.”
