Through the worst of the snow storm we were an hour and a half away from home just took about 3 hours to get there will had asked his district manager if he could order more chains for tires and he had ordered exactly enough for me he had one set left he had them ready at the counter whenever I got there and he was super nice I could tell that he was the manager as soon as I walked in the way he carried himself and he was super attentive Advance Auto Parts is a better company thanks for people like Will thank you so much”

“We've been here quite a few times and the staff has always been courteous and nice. We had to buy a new battery today (because why not, right before Christmas?). Michael, the store manager, tested our old battery (it failed) and got a new one installed for us in about 30 minutes. He's always been cool to us when we've shopped there. The store is clean, well-organized, and easy to navigate. Look: if you have to buy car parts, you might as well go somewhere nice. This AutoZone is that place.”

“I can’t say enough good things about this collision repair shop. From start to finish, the communication was phenomenal . I was updated every single step of the way, which made the entire process so much less stressful.
Angela at the front desk is an absolute powerhouse. She multitasks like a machine while somehow still being the sweetest, most patient human ever. This was my first time dealing with any kind of collision repair, and instead of making me feel clueless or overwhelmed, Angela basically held my hand through the entire process. She explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and never once made me feel like I was a burden or annoying.
