“I find that sometimes I have mixed experiences when it comes to Publix. However, I had the best interactions and customer services today at this location. Ashley and Hayden are some of the sweetest individual that I have interacted with thus far. They both greeted me when I walked in. At checkout, they were so helpful with bagging my groceries based on type of items I had (frozen, refrigerated, shelf). Cheers for them! Thank you Ashley and Hayden for a positive experience!”
“We always stop in a Publix when we travel south and need food for the hotel. The stores are always clean and their produce is always fresh. The only store that had better quality meat was Teeter Harris, and they went defunct several years ago. We used to live in Nashville, TN a couple of years ago and have since retired in the Indianapolis, IN area. Unfortunately, they don't have any Publix north of Kentucky. Too bad, they are much nicer than Kroger's and carry more of a variety. So Publix should listen up and move a little further north. Since Marsh stores went out several years back, Kroger's is just about the only large chain grocer in this area, excluding the Walmarts and Meijers.”

“Publix is one of the best overall grocery shopping experiences in the area. Curb appeal matters, and Publix consistently delivers with clean, well-kept stores that feel inviting from the moment you arrive. Inside, the store is organized, bright, and maintained to a high standard.
The staff is a big reason I keep coming back. Employees are friendly, professional, and often go out of their way to help, which makes shopping smoother and more pleasant. That level of customer service stands out.
Compared with Kroger, Publix may have a slightly smaller selection in some categories and prices can be a bit higher. Even so, I’d rather pay a little more for a cleaner store, better service, and an overall shopping experience that feels worth it.
Bottom line: if you value cleanliness, professionalism, and a stress-free grocery trip, Publix is a solid choice.”
“The prices are very affordable, but Aldi doesn't carry everything I need (I have never found orange juice at Aldi), so I only visit every few weeks to stock up on some of my Aldi favorites. I really love the chocolate and the unsalted bagged nuts - the prices and the quality can't be beat. It is quite hard to park at this location (especially in the middle of afternoon when it is really busy), so I always try to visit after 6pm. Be prepared to have a quarter if you want a shopping cart and bring your own shopping bags or you'll have to buy them at checkout.”
“My favorite place for things I can’t find anywhere else. They are always rotating stock so the goodies are different every time I go. A great way to try new things you didn’t know existed.”
“Aldi, the place everyone seems to love because it's cheap. I mean, who doesn't love a good deal? First things first, let's talk about the shopping experience. It's like a treasure hunt. You're constantly on the lookout for hidden gems amidst the stacks of generic brands. The aisles are narrow, which is probably intentional to make you feel like you're in a real-life game of Tetris. I swear, if I'd been any wider, I would have been stuck there forever.
Now, let's get to the food. I'm not going to lie, I've seen some produce that looked like it had been through a war. But hey, you get what you pay for, right? Their frozen pizza is surprisingly good, and their chocolate-covered pretzels are a game-changer.
One thing I love about Aldi is the quirky little touches. Like the fact that you have to bring your own bags (or pay a small fee for paper ones). It's a small thing, but it's a nice reminder that we should all be trying to reduce our environmental impact. Plus, it's a great way to avoid those flimsy plastic bags that always rip when you're trying to carry your groceries home.
If you're looking for a unique and budget-friendly shopping experience, Aldi is definitely worth a visit.”
“Compared to Walgreens Pharmacy, Publix is better in every aspect. Especially calling to check on the status of a prescription.
The Publix pharmacy in Maryland Farms is one of the best. A+”
“My husband & I moved to Franklin, TN about 3 months ago. We love it & we also LOVE our Publix! Customer Service is always top notch, great selections, always clean & OMG their deli is so AMAZING! Biggest selection of Boar's Head I have ever seen. They also have pre sliced deli meat that you can grab & go. There are also lots of premade bites that you can grab & go. Thank You Publix for making life convenient & easy for me!”
“What in the Sam Hill happened across yonder street?! Sounds like a passel of bobcats got up to some caterwauling with the unrighteous! But I’m dadgummed pleased with the price of Tennessee gas, so not much else to complain about.

“The pharmacy has seemed to improve since the previous manager left. I hope he wasn't promoted, because he was smug and aloof, and that's putting it kindly. If he wasn't talking down to someone, it's because he wasn't there.”
“Musheer is always working so hard he is the king of the carts always is so polite friendly and is a optimistic ball of positive energy. Eric was so nice I wAs short on my card and he paid fory stuff may God bless him.”
“While I'm not the world's biggest Kroger fan, I can appreciate when a Kroger location is exceptional, and this one all that and more.
For me, the mark of an excellent grocery store is the the appearance and the upkeep of the Produce department. Walking in the door near the Produce department is a very colourful, welcoming experience. The produce is well stocked, nicely arranged, and the area is kept very clean. It's not uncommon to see an employee or two tending to the area, making sure it's not just stocked, but stocked and arranged nicely.
In fact, this may be the cleanest, most organized Kroger I've ever seen. I've made over a dozen visits in the last year and I've yet to see a box out of place, a jar of broken (anything) in the middle of the aisle, or a broom randomly resting against a shelf.
The staff is seems focused and on-point. Whether behind the meat counter, stock shelves, or cashiering, I've never seen someone standing around scrolling or talking on their phones. While I freaking LOATHE self-checkout, if I've only got 2 or 3 scannable items (read that: items that don't need to be weighed or numbered) I'll use it. The one time I did I had a question and the person minding Self Checkout was on the spot, ready to assist
The parking lot is generally kept clean and carts (somehow) end up in the cart corrals instead rolling through the parking lot, denting cars.
If this Kroger were closer to home (Louisville) I'd definitely shop here regularly.”

“I’ve seen they have had issues finding a full staff, so it’s to be expected some wait times have happened occasionally. You can only expect so much when it’s only two or three people back there. That being said, they’ve always been very polite and helpful with me.Also, to address a complaint another reviewer had: I have also gotten texts for a prescription being ready when they weren’t. I assume it’s an automated thing they can’t help. So I just started calling in to check if they’re ready. Easy fix on my end.”
“These folks go out of their way to be helpful. Picking up an order and the I didn't have the paperwork. Not a problem. They handled it all and I was on my way. Forget Costco. Love to shop here”
