“Had a headlight out on the passenger side of my truck [and my only transportation ( and my mechanically handy was husband currently away at work )}that required removing a couple panels the air filter etc and I did not want to tackle it . I called Carroll’s they fit me in almost immediately and after finding the replacement bulb I had brought was incorrect they ordered and had delivered the proper bulb( Ist one was broke on arrival and they had to send out for it again). They did all this while balancing work amongst 4 or 5 different vehicle repairs on a hot day , outside and were prompt , polite and apologetic for all and any delays.Its veteran owned , they know what they are doing , they are great to deal with and they have friendly dogs. I highly recommend them and I will bring other work to them as my vehicles need work.

“Took my 2016 f150 there recently after I hit a deer and originally took it to gerber collision at exit 7 who actually messed up more than was originally wrong with it. Josh fixed the damage from their mistakes and the damage from the deer and very quickly. My truck looks better than new now and I'm extremely impressed. Everyone there is super nice and friendly. “Our older model RV needed some repair and fluid changes. They did such a great job going above and beyond what was expected. We had a brute of a master cylinder that just didn't want to come off but they kept trying and finally!!! They didn't give up like some would've early on. We came back another time with a fix that wasn't truly necessary but I asked them to take care of it anyway and without hesitation it was taken care of. So thankful for this great company that feels so much like family. The office staff chatted with us and made us feel so welcoming. Thank you all.”

“Let me tell you, buying a car has never been easier. I had fell in love with a car and had thought it was at the lot. Unfortunately it was in West Virginia. Justin Rigsby went above and beyond! He had the car transported from West Virginia so I could test drive it. He even showed me some newer models before to make sure it is what I wanted. He listened to what I wanted in a vehicle and showed me other options. The one in West Virginia still had my heart. After getting to see it in person, I fell in love with the car even more. Justin had talked me through the process and informed me of everything he would need. At the end of the day Justin got me approved and Tim in finance finished it up! “I called after 5pm looking for a used tire for my car. They had me come in then, replaced the tire & looked at an exhaust issue that had arisen following a collision with a deer. The price was reasonable & the estimate provided for the exhaust repair was significantly less than another shop I had visited. I will definitely be returning there to have the exhaust work done soon.”

“I’m so glad I found this place, I recently bought my teenage Daughter a used car and after a few months of having it, her check engine light came on. I took it by and David has a computer he hooked up to it to get a comprehensive reading. It cost $70 and he printed out a report of all the issues. We have taken her car there for 2 separate services and have been very pleased with their work and how honest & thorough they are. They have saved us a lot of money and done very good work. There’s a reason they stay so busy.”

“We had a great experience with this team on 6/11/26. Battery died in Walmart parking lot after 7-hour drive from out of town. This was close to their closing time at 7pm. I was able to run in, buy new battery, get a jump, drive around the back, and they immediately installed the new battery for me. We were on our way in a flash. They were all very kind and helpful. Thankful our battery died when it did!”
