“I’ve been a very loyal customer for I know over 6 years or more . I really never thought to take my business elsewhere until yesterday went in around 1:30 for an audio issue I could only use my phone on speaker phone and it was also very low. The young lady quoted me $95 ok cool then suggested because my screen was scratched up not cracked that if it needed to be repaired it would be an additional $110 so that would be $205 before tax .. she then advised she would give me a call with a update on repairs. She called back around 4 advising that they were still working on the repair they were pretty busy. I could not afford to be without a phone over night because of my partime job I let her know if it’s going to have to be an over night deal I would go head and refuse service and pay whatever and deal with this on a better day . She reassured me oh it wouldn’t be I will call you back before 6 . At 6:05 I called and was told at this time We are closed and yes your phone is ready but we had the number wrong on file once I verified the correct realized it had been put in the computer wrong by the rep and here I am waiting until the next business day a whole 24 hours later over a mistake that cost my business far more than what I spent on repairing the phone , just to be told sorry for inconvenience here’s a screen protector. I will never refer anyone to this place I had never had a bad experience until it cost me to lose 1,500 in sales. Over an issue I had before that took 1 hour . I mentioned several times if this is going to take longer I can wait so I could prepare differently and yet blew off as if my business didn’t matter.. UPDATE the next day I spoke with the owner who was more than willing to correct any issues I had thanks again Gary”

I have had an old extremely damaged phone repaired twice here, both times it was done within a day or two even with them needing to order parts. Another business was going to charge me over 10x what i paid here and they wanted me to wait at least a week for the part to come in.”

“I needed to ship some documents to Argentina in a timely manner and everyone in the shop was super nice and got me taken care of. I never got his name but the man that works the DHL office inside was very professional and thorough with arranging the shipment. They have a large variety of latin foods and merchandise inside as well. Wonderful people to do business with!”

“I had a great experience at this location today. I have been experiencing problems with my boost Mobile phone since Sunday and have called their customer service line every day to no avail. I went into the store today, the young man that was there today was able to help me, every time I made a phone call my phone would go to the boost Mobile line if your boost Mobile customer press 1 if your whatever customer press and other number. The young man that was there actually helped me to where I was actually able to call someone, but an hour after I left the store my phone reverted right back to the if you're a boost Mobile customer press 1, if you are whatever customer press another number. I have no idea what they have done to mess up my phone line ,but they have and they have not been able to correct it to which I have not been able to call anyone and no one can call me, but I can text and get online but if I'm stranded anywhere I can't call anyone for help, except boost customer service. Needless to say I am very exhausted and frustrated with their customer service and technical support to which they have not been able to fix the issue that they have caused. So now I'm paying for a phone line that I can't use and I doubt very much they're going to give me a credit for. I've replaced the phone and I have gotten a new SIM card and still can't make a phone call and no one can call me. I'm done all of the troubleshooting, there's no call forwarding ,no call blocking, there's no Wi-Fi calling turned on. I'm seriously tired of them telling me that there is a problem in the area ,because my son has a boost Mobile phone that is on a different account ,in the same house and there's no problem with his phone. So the store gets a high rating but boost Mobile itself, I would give a -10, because I have called you every day since Sunday and you have not been able to resolve the issue that is obviously on your end.”

“I was glad to find that they were still open during the shutdown. Not only were they open they still had all the things that I needed. The only thing I had to adjust was the lack of honey available but then I got to branch out and try honey that was from orange blossoms (turns out it's delicious). I was also able to find my favorite coffee Gevalia on sale (: Way to go Walmart you did a great job!!!”

“First off the fact that I can’t give this “young Extraordinary customer service top-flight MetroPCS employee “ a TEN STAR REVIEW- that’s the second thing wrong here AND THE FIRST IS THAT Cristina is NOT THE REGIONAL MANAGER AND OR THE CUSTOMER TRAINING PERSONNEL!! “Miguel was absolutely amazing!! Such a polite, kind, & put together young man. Great at sales & great customer service! He helped me immediately, explained various options, suggested the best option, and explained why, and communicated thoroughly, the actions I would need to take the following month. Another customer walked in, about half way through our process, Miguel greeted him & asked him for time to complete our transaction. He showed me the screen protector I asked for and put it on the phone for me. He offered to set the iCloud up with me, but since my son already had an iCloud, I decided to wait. I asked if he could assist me with parental controls, & was willing to help me do that. I asked how long would it take, he told me 15 mins, and I told him “no since you have someone else waiting…” Miguel said, “ma’am I don’t mind at all, you are the customer, so I’ll do whatever I need to assist you until we’re done.” He was a complete delight! The ladies inside were very nice and happily tried two or three things before solving my issue then kindly explained to me what it was they did in case I had the issue again in the future. After countless phone calls with customer service and multiple visits to Walmart where I got the sim card, these wonderful ladies had me fixed n on my way in under 10 mins”

The manager was more than helpful and literally set up four new lines for me while having a store full of people who she intermittently took care of and process to get out so they didn't have to wait on us while she was taking care of us.
