“Great location, great customer service. There was something that went wrong a few years ago and I left a bad review and they got on top of it immediately. I forgot to erase that bad review, so here is my revision. My apologies, guys!!”
“I bought some headlight bulbs here after going to several other places first and the man working there at the time, was really knowledgeable and helpful and didn't try to push me to buy other products like some of the other stores did. They also have decent prices and carried the bulbs I'd been looking for.”
“Nick is the Gold Standard: A Lifesaver who earned a Customer for Life!
Five stars for Nick, the new GM on Clinton Hwy. After being let down by every other parts store in the area, Nick provided honest, prompt, and judgment-free assistance. He didn’t just sell me a part; when I was stranded in the parking lot, he looked up my serpentine belt routing and helped me get it installed—going well beyond his job description.
I returned a few days later for advice on another issue, and he was just as eager to help as the first time. It is rare to find this level of technical knowledge paired with genuine kindness. O’Reilly’s needs a Nick at every location. This is the only place I'll shop from now on.”
“My experience with master battery was amazing ! I was helped by a man named Jared and he was so polite and attentive and helped me swiftly and efficiently!! He actually took his time with helping me instead of trying to rush me out the door like all other places were. Highly recommend Jared if you stop by here! Plus their prices can’t be beat!”
“Great customer seervice! I went to two other auto parts stores before coming here, they were no help to me. But the staff at O'reily was able to get me the part i needed and even got me the cheapest option. That is something you don't see everyday. Def going here first next time i have a need.”
“Stopped in quickly in between meetings to get some new windshield wipers. I was immediately created by Danny. He was so nice throughout the entire encounter and even offered to change them for me. I have been to other similar stores and not received this level of care before. Danny truly is a gem!”
