“Entire staff has exceptional customer service and the manager (can't remember the lady's name) is also amazing. My car had trouble on the lot and they were so helpful and patient with me. Hope they remember me with the purple car lol”
“This place is a great place to get batteries for anything. They have good quality batteries at a more affordable price. They're cheaper than auto parts places, and just as good quality if not better than other batteries. I totally recommend checking these folks out if you're needing batteries for anything before paying more money for basically the same battery ( but have another name on it ).”

“Living in Collierville my usual go-to is AZ for parts and have never had a problem. I came here to give a shout out to the employees at our local O'Reilly's. I have needed to go to them as they had specific parts I required same day. I've got to say the staff are super friendly and helpful. It has to be a job where they have to deal with a lot of Youtube/Google mechanics like myself. Can't be easy to stay patient and proffessional as well as they seem to be.”
