Both April (front desk) and Rick (General Manager) were so very kind and assisted me with a personal issue. I was so grateful.
I tried to give both of them $20 but neither person would accept it.

“I just checked in today , but I could not wait to post this review as I will be here until Sunday. The location, the young man with the blonde hair, the room, and everything is literally perfect. The pictures and reviews do this place no justice. It’s better than any hotel I have stayed at even the higher end hotels downtown Memphis. If you are ever in Memphis stay at the Germantown location you will not regret it. The guy at the front desk is a great asset to the location very friendly, gave out great directions and friendly to everyone who came in.”
“I was told my reservation was canceled because my card was declined. Which was impossible because it was the same card I used to check in with and I had a conformation number. I had to get a room that was $137 a night instead of the $91 room I reserved.”

“This was an amazing spot. A family gathering, getaway, business, romantic, etc. I felt safe during my stay. Stephanie and Tobria were great during my check-in and stay. This was the first stay that had key-entry for elevators, parking area, and stairs. The bar/restaurant was pleasant and inviting. There were chips sat out for game night. (Hospitality) if 10 star could be given I would give it that. Indoor heating pool and clean fitness area. It was down for a few hours but back up 4hrs later. deep pool (kiddie pool is out)”

“I'd like to give a big shout out to the morning breakfast staff. Ms.Jordan and Ms.Angie, they had the biggest smiles and and were on top of everything food and customer service wise. Absolutely the best breakfast experience I've had at any hotel I've stayed at by far! Keep up the amazing work ms.jordan and ms.angie. Awesome work ladies!!”

“En route from Texas to NYC, this was our first night stopover. The room was average and fit us fairly well (we were a family of 5). The staff was accommodating and saw to it that our requests were seen to. I would say that this pushed up my impression of this place from average to good!”

Small problems might be there but they expressed more emotionally mostly if you look at the life in general,all have too much problems in life who just freaking out for small thing
Life is full with problems but if you don’t see 10 million good things in hotel
Or in places or in person but only 1 small thing all point out so please please
Come and stay in this hotel best hotel to stay in Memphis so please never look at bad reviews please just come and small
Issues always hotel or any business will
Solve immediately and never have problems but this is 10 star hotel but we can not rate more then 5 star so let’s count the 10 star from me please , come and you will never disappoint
Rooms: Very big and large rooms
Safety: They close the main door in night
Walkability: All in walking distance
Food and drinks: Gas station next door with good breakfast and coffee in the night”

“I really enjoy staying at the Garden Inn's. They always have a different vibe than the other Hilton properties. There was a lot of food options around this hotel and it was very easy to make it back to the interstate the next day. The only thing is the breakfast is not included, so I opted to eat breakfast on the way out of town. Otherwise, it was a good stay. The rooms were clean and smelled good.”

“Initially very impressed by the size and quality of the room but the heat didn't work in the in the master bedroom the remote for the air conditioner is in the double bed room and will not control anything in the second bedroom so I'm going to spend another cold night in the master bedroom. Also the chairs and the kitchenette area are duct taped together but I don't mind”

“Stayed at this Hampton a few different times in the last 2 years. Every staff member at front desk, regardless of shift, was excellent. Friendly, polite and professional. The lady who prepares the hot breakfast is a tireless worker and does a great job. The building and rooms are clean, quiet and secure. Loved staying here.”
