“I will give this store the stars because I have lived in Cordova since 2017 and this location has been my choice. I was just there about 20 minutes ago shopping and found a nice teachers planner. The planner was out of place over in the frozen section but it was very nice and I wanted to have it. I asked the cashier Lisa if she could tell me the price. Lisa stated, oh it doesn’t have a barcode and it may be one of our clearance items but I can’t tell without the code. All at the same time Lisa was placing the planner behind the counter to continue scanning my groceries. I asked if it was no way to be sold. Lisa then stated to me that if I would like to take my phone and find the item, take a picture, bring it to her and she could key the code. I did this with a smile because I could use the planner. Lisa smiled with great customer service watching me do so. HERES THE PROBLEM. There was a Caucasian lady directly behind me purchasing something that resembled a lawn chair pad. The item didn’t have a bar code. LISA ALERTED THE BACK STAFF TO COME FORWARD. Lisa then explains to her coworker that she needed a price check. Staff came to help Lisa to help the customer. I have only one question. Is Lisa prejudice? I was an African American woman in the store with a Caucasian man and did not receive equal customer service. Thanks”
“Clean and well socked. So when you get gas it is always nice to run in for a fav snack or grab something you needed. Their self serve area is spotless and hot chocolate is mixed well. Love their little ice too (if you know you know). Nice friendly staff and they do require ID.”

“I visited three Kroger stores on that day. The floral department at the Dexter/Germantown Pkwy store was short staffed on their busiest day of the year. Only one person working during my visit. His was rude; I guess for being stressed from all the customers. I went to the store down the street at Trinity and Germantown Pkwy; they had more than enough staff to assist customers.”
“They just about have everything I want or need plus they take cash and they've been helping me get supplies I need for my content and they always got snacks.”
“The setup of the store is a little strange compared to the ease of others but it was pretty well stocked and the cashier was very pleasant and welcomed me when I arrived which was very nice.”

She went above and beyond to help us figure out an exchange and did it with such a kind, compassionate, and professional attitude. “Always super nice and helpful. I had Lost my debit card and the last place I had been was there and I called and they had it. Someone accidentally charged it cause it was left on a car reader and the person gave me the money back and they kept the money and the card for me waiting the next day. I really appreciate it because I was so stressed out about my card and seeing a transaction. Great people!”

“This is it my usual Kroger location by I'm probably drive a little farther to go here occasionally. It was much better stocked and organized than 3 other closer locations. I used Kroger app to make a list and shop by aisle so I had no problem finding my items in a new location. Took less than 10 minutes to check out. Plenty of parking available. They also had small baskets available which is a plus for me.”
