“Chyna saw me immediately upon arrival and took care of my business. On my way out I asked her if it was possible to help me with my phone’s connection in my car that’s been down for months. The car place had tried and tried to fix and failed. She hopped in car, made her assessment and had it working in minutes. You go girl!!! Fantastic service!”

“Store Manager, Danny and DT went above and beyond the call of duty to do a phone transfer which was complicated because my phone was on my niece’s Michigan account and one of several phones that were transferring from Verizon to AT&T. After my old phone was transferred to my new phone they even provided additional help connecting some of my apps. I had AT&T service for my cell phone in the past and always used this store and received great service. I just want the powers at be to know that this AT&T location in Cordova is lucky to have such great employees. So glad to be back with AT&T.”

From what I could see, there was a wide selection of phones and accessories.
When I got my replacement phone, it was NOT easy to set up. However, I came in and Carlos got me taken care of in UNDER 10 minutes!

“Mack dealt with a very irate customer before me beautifully. She had to have been shaken up by him. She managed to move on from him and gently help an older man with a simple mistake he was making. Then she helped me. My needs were complex involving an elevator. Not a problem either of us had ever dealt with. She stayed with it and worked everything out for me. I left with her card and phone number. Great experience.”
“I've been having issues with everything to do with att&t wireless services . Recently my phone updated software , after a green line appeared and half the screen stopped responding. I came in to the poplar plaza store 3 minutes before closing. Tyler restored my faith in customer service. Honestly if I wouldn't have encountered tyler, I was at the absolute end of my relationship with at&t. Please give this man a raise promotion something he is truly a blessing!! I would hire him in a heartbeat so, be careful! He was literally helping me with my problem, while selling me two different items I did not come in there to buy and doing the exact same thing with two other people! And, no one felt frustrated unattended to or mistreated, in fact, everyone really really enjoyed his company! I hope you guys value him and don’t just give him a pat on the back, but I hope you guys show him your appreciation monetarily… There are other companies out there that will if you guys don’t!”
