She was able to match my husband for the boot needed for his job and also hooked him up for some insoles for the boots to help alleviate his back/feet pain considering he’s on his feet all day. “Long overdue review, but this place is wonderful. I am very picky on running shoes and I was well taken care of here by the patient staff. They even invited me to their running club when I enquired about local running groups. While I was there, the staff also were patiently helping an older woman with foot issues and ensuring she got the right shoes for her needs. Great store if you’re looking for supportive shoes!”
“Have been there several times (East Memphis location) and the staff is always courteous and helpful. Good selection of nice-looking clothing. Oversized customers like me have very few options when clothes shopping. And the stuff can get much pricier per item than clothing for regular sized adults. But that just comes with the territory.Join their mailing list and you’ll receive frequent offers for discounts on your purchases.Store is always clean and tidy. Dressing rooms are comfortably spacious.If you have to order from them by mail the turnaround time is short and they typically get your stuff in the mail very quickly. They shipped my last order for free but I can’t remember if that was standard or due to the size of my order (which was only $80).”

I live out of state and travel worldwide regularly and this is the best shoe store I have ever visited. On top of the fabulous shoes, they have clothes as well, and the customer service was phenomenal! Pam was beyond wonderful with her kind and patient manner. “Went inside and it was so well organized and clean! I had just visited Ross and there is no comparison as far as cleanliness and organization of the items. I will be shopping again soon. The store manager Rod seems like he’s running it well. The only downside was there was only 1 cashier and about 5 people in front of me. It took a few minutes before I heard the line cashier call for another cashier but I could’ve easily missed hearing it.”
“If you need help with men’s clothes, ask for Bear. The man has the best style and always treats my family right. Honest salesmen are hard to come by nowadays, but he knows just how to get you the best quality items in the store. He takes your needs and wants into consideration, then pops out with some of the most striking options!

We went today with our 5 y/o Autistic ADHD son. She normalized and encouraged his hyperactivity and stimming. When I apologized for his behaviors. She told me I did not need to apologize or explain. Our experience in other stores have been judgmental, she did not! It was so welcoming. Thank you for letting him be him and letting us shop!
