“Best Auto Shop Experience Ever, Honestly! I always feel anywhere I go I’m going to be taken advantage of/over charged bc I and a woman and they think I don’t know any better. Not here, not at all. From the phone call to see if they could help me, to them coming to pick me up to take me to get my car when it was done, the whole experience felt transparent, honest, and overall I felt very respected. “I cannot recommend this tire center more! I have passed it a hundred times and never noticed it, but it was in the perfect place at the perfect time. After hitting wreck debris on the interstate on my way to carpool, my PSI started dropping rapidly. Right before it hit zero, I happened upon Holt Tire/Oak Court Auto and pulled in, having no clue what I was walking into. Everyone inside was super friendly and helpful. They assessed the issue and were able to put a new tire on quickly and get me on my way. It was divine intervention! If you are in Memphis and need any tire or auto service, this is the place to go!”

“We had our Jeep towed to Cecil's Automotive after the coolant hoses ruptured and left my husband stranded on the interstate. Despite being swamped, they got us in quickly and told us it might take 24–48 hours just to look at it. We were prepared to share one car for the week, assuming the repair wouldn’t be done until much later.
To our surprise, they called us in less than 24 hours and not only had they diagnosed the issue, but it was already fixed and ready for pickup! The cost was fair, and everyone we dealt with was super friendly, honest, and helpful. We’re incredibly grateful for the fast turnaround and great service. Highly recommend Cecil's!”
“I'm very impressed with this shop. I'm working out of town & my water pump starts leaking antifreeze on my 2012 Ford Super Duty. I reached out to one of my local contacts that I made through my job in construction & he told me to bring it to Southern Automotive in Collierville. I was there when they opened up the next morning & they told me that they would have it ready by end of that day. They quoted me a price & stuck to it. They have a customer for as long as I'm here working in Memphis for the next year & a half. That was a quicker & a fair price as it would've been back home in Nashville. I would've been without my main means of transportation for at least a week or two. This means more to me than I'm able to express, especially being out of town so far from home. I'm recommending this place to everyone on my job site, as there are a hundred plus coming here from Nashville as well. Fair, honest & fast is very hard to find these days.”

“I live outside Atlanta and was visiting my sister near Memphis. I discovered a radiator leak and called Birch. The owner, John Brandon, was extremely polite and got me in right away. All the employees I met were knowledgeable and friendly. I was able to use a loaner car and continue my visit while they took care of everything that same day. “I brought my 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee to Bartlett Transmission after experiencing persistent issues with my vehicle not starting and being stuck in park. I was worried it might be a transmission problem, but I wasn't sure.
What impressed me most about Bartlett Transmission was their complete honesty and integrity. After running diagnostics, they could have easily tried to sell me services or repairs I didn't need. Instead, they were upfront with me - they determined the issue was electrical in nature and outside their area of expertise. Rather than attempt repairs they weren't confident about, they recommended I take it to a shop better equipped to handle the problem.
And here's the kicker - they didn't charge me a dime for the diagnostic work. In today's world, that level of integrity is rare and deeply appreciated.
Bartlett Transmission could have easily taken advantage of the situation, but they chose to do right by me instead. They were professional, transparent, and genuinely interested in making sure I got the help I needed, even if it meant sending me elsewhere.
If you need transmission work done, I would absolutely trust Bartlett Transmission based on this experience. Their honesty and willingness to admit when something is outside their wheelhouse speaks volumes about their character and business ethics.

“I brought my classic Mustang in for a leaky transmission. The team at Coleman were wonderful in taking such great care of my convertible. Unfortunately, it started leaking again but after a call to the shop they asked me to bring it in to see what is going on and get it fixed correctly. I'll update this post once I get it back on the road.”

“Hands down, the best Automotive shop I've visited & I've visited over 50 in TN. The facilities stay clean & the staff are very accomodating.
I had issues with my truck & other shops gave me the run around, another shop suggested I get the transmission rebuilt & charged me 5k. I took it to CB for a second opinion, they were able to pinpoint the major problems with great detail & updated me every step of the way through automated text messages & emails so i didnt have to answer my phone at work. These guys saved me 5k. The trans was not the issue.
I highly recommend them! They care & they will get the job done right. I even got a 3 year warranty. I will be going back for future maintenance, they have earned my trust & my business. Give them a try, you won't regret it.”
