Even though curbside stopped at 6pm Glen still assisted with bringing my order out to me to save me a trip from coming into the store. I was not aware that curbside stopped at 6pm, and Glen said hey no problem, I’ll personally bring your items out to you. I was having a rough day but it didn’t end that way. “I had a bath faucet over 15 years old that leaked bad badly. Went to Ferguson and James Wells went above and beyond in helping me. They did not have the parts I needed but he said he would find it for me. I left the store and two days later he called and located it for me. He gave me the contact information and I placed the order. It came in and fit perfectly. . There was no charge for all the effort Mr Wells did and seemed as happy to help if I ever needed anything else. I’m a customer for life now.”
“They earned 5 stars simply for customer service. Stopped in while in the area for some needed items. Two persons volunteered to help find specific items. One actually said hello, and the person at check out assisted with the transaction pad function. It’s rare to find persons so willing to help but obviously management at this store place a priority on customer service.”
“Wow. How did I not discover this place before? Stopped in to buy a grill and was blown away by the outstanding and friendly customer service. Awesome, knowledgeable, staff eager to help, but not pushy. Place has the feel of the good old days when Customer Service was priority. Great selection and great prices too.”
