I want to commend Lauren King for going above and beyond when another AT&T store created a significant problem. I was unable to retrieve my notes after transferring to a new phone. Lauren was able to fix it while Julian at tthe Murfreesboro store was unwilling to fix the problem he created. Thank you for being so capable.
