“We stayed at Staybridge Suites in Franklin during the recent ice storm after losing power at home, and the experience was exceptional. As our first ice storm in the South, it was overwhelming but the team here made us feel safe and genuinely cared for from the moment we arrived.

The front desk and service staff were outstanding. Antonio (Anthony,) from the maintenance team in particular, went above and beyond. When our heater wasn’t working properly, he personally checked on us multiple times. Once he realized there was an issue, he immediately arranged for us to move rooms and even came down to get us when the new room was ready. His professionalism, kindness, and follow-through truly stood out.

The hotel also hosted daily gatherings with complimentary snacks and drinks, which created such a warm sense of community during a stressful time for so many guests.

We stayed three nights and could not have asked for better service. We would absolutely stay here again.”

“Very nice stay. Had option of room service or not. Breakfast was good but left some to be desired. Selection was as brand as others such as holiday in. Other than breakfast being my only complaint, very much enjoyed the stay.”

“Wow, just wow. From personalize service, welcome screen in your room and a very sneaky turndown service this is a fantastic hotel. Small and centrally located in historic Franklin. As Ferris Bueller said “if you have the means, I highly suggest you picking one up”. In this case, pick up a reservation.”

“Great location to stay in! Was here for a Wedding. The hotel is very quiet and was able to check into the room at 9am on the top floor. I don't remember the associate's name who checked me in however it was her first 2 weeks and she was nice to talk with.”

“We stay here everytime we are in the area. Rooms are spotless, the breakfast is great, great price, and perfect location. On our last stay we had an emergency and had to check out one night early. The kind man at the desk, Moin, generously refunded us for that night. You won’t find a better place or staff!”

“Our family of 4 (including kids ages 9 and 4) lost power for 5 days because of the ice storm in Nashville and stayed here that whole week with the dangerously cold temps. There was a large influx of people and dogs at the same time who were dealing with the same issue. When we checked in we met Zeek the general manager and continued to see him throughout the week. He was calm, kind, and welcoming in a stressful situation. All of the staff displayed a patient, generous, and eager-to-help attitude. Many of them were staying at the hotel themselves. We were so thankful to have hot coffee and breakfast options every morning and for simple dinner options at night. There are also food options nearby, and we enjoyed Roma’s pizza twice during our stay. Housekeeping was stretched thin at the beginning of the week but were as accommodating as they could be. We appreciated Zeca’s friendliness and for grabbing extra linens when we needed them. There is an indoor pool that we took the kids to every day and were so thankful for the option to get them out of the room for an activity. Our room and the whole facility was clean and well managed. We are appreciative to everyone and would 10/10 recommend Hilton Garden Inn??.”

“7/4/25 room 245
After reading mixed reviews we still chose this motel being choice members and having our dogs with us and they are pet friendly. We travel all over the country for work being a travel nurse and in industrial construction so we do have lots of experiences to compare to.

This location doesn’t claim to be a 5 star resort so can’t judge it to those guidelines. Our review is based on what it is and what it offers for the price.

Some things do show its age but that doesn’t include anything inside. As we walked in the lobby it was very clean and presented very well. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Actually held a conversation compared to many other places that make you feel you are inconveniencing them by checking in.

We found our room and walked in to inspect as we always do prior to bringing anything in. It was a very pleasant surprise. We were informed of new carpet and furniture in the rooms and they weren’t kidding. Smelled amazing and not that chemical smell is common in so many rooms. Everything was new, nice, and comfortable. Full inspection of the bed showed it was properly cleaned. Even in the 90s the room was very comfortable. We adjusted the thermostat and froze ourselves. The free breakfast had lots of options and was all quite good. We tasted pretty much everything just to find out. We were overall very happy with every aspect of our stay here.

Needless to say while some past reviews may deter you from this hotel we will say you are passing up a stay that we are quite sure anyone would be very happy with.”

“Really nice. Staff was friendly. Hotel and room were clean and quiet. I appreciate it being pet friendly. I was there for the Vanderbilt sleep study and my family stayed in a room upstairs. The fruit compote and yogurt I had for breakfast was really good. I would stay again if I had to.”

“Me and my fiancé are staying here during the winter storm as our home had a power outage. Dennis was so patient, kind, and helpful. He had a lot on his plate ensuring all the incoming patrons got into their rooms, and he never expressed frustration, just determination to help us and others. Dennis was wonderful and I hope he knows how appreciated he is!”
