“This place is dinner party central. Great le pens too for drawing in the back. Love the jazz music and variety of things they sell. My only complaint is that this store is VERY expensive for what it is. Porcelain creamers are $65. Since it’s a super cute store, I use it for inspo instead of actually buying because the prices are so high.”

“I can't say enough good things about Ross Alan and there whole team!! They made me a beautiful dining table that is literally 1/1. It's probably one of the nicest tables I have ever seen and I own it!
The crazy part was I was just looking for lumber which my contractor was looking for, and they had it, but then I saw they make the home tables as well. Cant express enough they are well worth the call.
If your looking for lumber or a wooden furniture, Ross Alan is the company! Highly Recommended!!”

They’ve gone above and beyond on more than one occasion—looking into my questions thoroughly and following up with a phone call or even texting me photos of items still on the shelf so I could see the exact color before making a trip in.
Just today I called because one of my orders hadn’t been delivered yet. Sara was extremely helpful. She researched the issue, called me back, explained what had happened, and made sure it got corrected right away. In this day and age, that kind of customer service is rare, and it really stands out. Sara is a great addition to their team!
