I was promptly greeted by her, which was wonderful to see a young person so happy to help/attentive, but the skeptical side of my brain was thinking, how much could this young lady possibly know about the quality of the shoes I’m looking for…WOW, I was wrong!! I told her what I was looking for in a leisure sneaker that had to be comfortable for a 10 day trip in Italy. It took her less than three minutes to find the shoe I was looking for and then to school me on the other shoes that I would need if I was wanting something for the gym or another brand for running errands. She then gave me time to try the shoes on quietly by myself to make my decision. In that time, I had two other employees asked me if I needed anything else… These two young men were also VERY impressive! Very approachable and kind! Sorry, I didn’t catch their names.

Anyway, I have taken a team of jerseys to have the names put on the backs and a single reversible jersey to have the name put on both sides and both times they did a super high quality job. “I came in last minute to get some snow pants for my children due to the weather forcast in a few days. Academy didn't have anything left, so I ran across the street to Dicks right before close at 8:52pm. The manager was so helpful. She even went to the back to find the correct size for my 3rd grader. I really really appreciate their kindness because I know it can be so frustrating when people come in last minute. They were all super nice at the Franklin, TN location. I appreciate their help!!”
