“Discount Tire does a great job and I wouldn't recommend any other tire place. However this location has either stripped out or seized up my lug nut on my car two times now where Discount had to pay a local mechanic to get it fixed. I highly recommend Discount Tire, but I do not recommend this location. Also, if you have an appointment, make sure they check in in under the appointment so you don't have to wait the 1hr+ walk in time.”

As of this moment, I am still waiting for a AAA tow after I damaged my tire. It’s been 3.5 hours for a
2.4 mile tow.
It happened at Sam’s Club, my rim is damaged as well and the technician there immediately told me
they could not help and I am waiting for the car to be towed to Mercedes Benz down the road. It’s a tiny car. No one has those small tires and the left one is leaking air.
Sam’s Club, as a courtesy let me wait inside the tire store however long it will take in the end, looking after me. It’s a hot day outside, I appreciate this soo much!
