“I would highly recommend Brandon’s mobile automotive services out of sevier county on snapp road . My alternator went out on my car on the 4th of February and Brandon had me fixed up the next day February 5th. He spoke to me on the phone and diagnosed the issues. He was Very kind, knowledgeable and professional ! He warranties his parts and his work by the date your car was worked on I have a 2018 dodge journey . He told me My part came with a lifetime warranty from the parts store and the work is warranted for a year if something goes wrong. He replaced the part and put everything back together in under two hours and my car cranked right up . A huge blessing and relief!!! “This place is fantastic!! Not your shiny, polished big name shop, but so very kind, extremely quick, and a very fair price. I was on vacation and ended up needing new front brakes (front right brake but I had them do both front brakes). A friend googled and found this place because they had good reviews. I showed up when they opened and panicked a bit when I saw a good handful of cars at the shop. They had to order my brake pads (which arrived in 20 min from somewhere down the road), then immediately took care of my car! They said they always like to take care of travelers/vacationers as quick as they can to get them back to their vacations. They opened at 8am and I was back to my vacation by 9am! What a Godsend!”
