611 Parkway # B9, GatlinburgSo fist I want to say thank you to Paws & Claws for allowing us to exchange our items. We live all the way in Birmingham, AL and on a trip to Gatlinburg we decided to stop by this store and get our dog Puppy some cute clothing unfortunately it didn't fit. The Older Lady who works the register was amazing she was very helpful and knowledgeable about the items in the store. My only complaint is you guys close to early to be fair there was winter weather that had affected the area so that might be why. Paws & Claws my husband and I will be back next year. Thank you and your staff for the amazing service!

Just Fer Paws
817 Powdermill Rd, GatlinburgMy dog stayed there recently. She has never been social with other dogs when in pet boarding. However, after a few days she was making friends for the first time. I could tell she was happy in the videos they posted, from her tail wagging the whole time. I strongly recommend Just Fer Paws! I also want to add that they are super affordable.

849 Glades Rd Suite 1B1, GatlinburgWe went to Gatlinburg over Thanksgiving break for the Thanksgiving Bowl. Read the reviews for this restaurant and decided to check it out. It’s in the cutest little area with additional shops near it. You can smell the food outside. Vibe inside was nice, they have self serve beer taps. The food was amazing! My son didn’t really like his chicken tenders, but everything else was 10/10. I really enjoyed the cod tacos ?

611 Parkway, GatlinburgI've been coming to Tennessee Cider Company for the last 3 years and they are the best! I always feel at home when I visit. Cranberry is my absolute favorite so I always make sure to order a good amount to hold me over. Whether you are shopping in store or online, Tennessee Cider Company always hooks it up. We just stopped by a few days ago and I want to give a HUGE shout out to Jeremy for being AWESOME! We always do the Cider tasting and Jeremy made it fun. After we were done you bet we stocked up on Cider and even grabbed some merchandise. Thanks again for always being great! You have a customer for LIFE! Cheers from Florida.

Mad Dog's Creamery & Donuts
731 East Pkwy, GatlinburgWe're visiting here in Gatlinburg. We happened on this business because mother wanted ice cream and we were out East Parkway. We stopped in expecting donuts and some ice cream. So many flavors of ice cream! Best of all they had shaved ice and cotton candy. That made my entire trip... fresh cotton candy! I was excited about going to Dollywood because they showed cotton candy as available at the park. I was quickly disappointed when I discovered they offer pre-packaged cotton candy like you buy at Walmart or novelty stores. That stuff is so full of preservatives and tastes awful. This business offers the real thing! The staff working tonight, Nov. 10th, were great. The associate made my cotton candy fresh as I watched. I was impressed! I love cotton candy but most vendors have gone to the pre-packaged kind. Thank you for being a great business. I'll be back before we leave TN and it'll be a required stop every time we come. Thanks for making our trip awesome!

They serve small plates tapas, so we got 3 different things to share. The atmosphere reminded us of our time in Europe, so it was quite a great experience. Staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. Would recommend if you're not looking for a huge meal.

Ole Smoky Distillery "The Holler"
903 Parkway #128, GatlinburgThere are two Ole Smoky's along the strip in Gatlinburg. One on each side of the street. Be sure to visit BOTH because each one has a different type of whiskey to try. The 'taster hosts' are a hoot! We had a great one at each of the two places. They make tasting a lot of fun! There is only one thing we suggested at both stores -- they offer a sampler pack of 12 small whiskeys - HOWEVER, not everyone likes the 12 selections they have packaged. Why not offer a six and 12 pack sampler and let the customer pick what they would like to have in it? I bet they would sell a lot more that way because people are more inclined to purchase something that they like rather than pay money for a package of 12 that may have several you know you would never drink.
