“Just moved in a few weeks ago and so far my living experience has been great. Ms. Velva was the leasing agent who assisted me and my husband with our apartment search and got us in time for a move in special they had going on.As we know, moving is expensive and any chance to save money is a huge plus. So far the community is very quiet and we’ve even been getting better sleep here lol. The amenities are nice and internet is included with your rent which is great so far! Another thing that is a plus is they offer a package locker for the residents to ensure you receive your packages. There was some maintenance that needed to be taken care of we noticed once we moved in but the manager was happy to take my list of items and relay them to the maintenance team to have them addressed in a timely manner. So far everything has been great!”

“This is a great community apartment. Neighbors are too good. Nice to see so many children playing outside. 2 Bedroom, one and a half bathroom, dining cum living room, a kitchen to accommodate all my kitchen stuff. Refrigerator, dishwasher, comes with it. There's a washer dryer hookup. With a month's saving (most Collierville apartment rents are $1500 and above whereas here it's $850), we can buy a new washer dryer! A fenced patio. I love my apartment. Suggs park, Town square are at walkable distance. Stores are nearby. Safe neighborhood.The manager Mr.Reginaldo is an awesome human. He addresses the maintenance issues effectively.”

She explained me all the details about the apartment, leasing plans, options for deposit, promotions, necessary contacts and term and conditions. “I find it to be a super pleasant, safe, and very clean place. It has a healthy atmosphere, perfect for spending time with family. The staff in the office are excellent; they make you feel like you're in the right place to live. And if anything needs doing within the complex, the maintenance service is quick and leaves you satisfied.
If you're looking for a place to live, Bartlett Crossing is a must-see. I'm sure you'll love it. I highly recommend it.”

“All in all a good experience no issues, was here just 1 night was going to stay longer but couldn't.
Fun and games or trying to get laundry done I was able to get done some Saturday then finish Sunday morning, unfortunate issue is people leave there stuff in the machines. There's 3 floors off rooms so that's a lot of people here you have 2 machines for everyone, I've been to some candle wood where they have machines on every floor that's nice when that happens.
Room itself was comfortable everything worked.
Will look forward to coming back another time.”

Process was super easy with her by our side every step of the way! Staff is very nice we couldn’t be more grateful for her. I highly recommend her if you are looking for a place to call home! Newly remodeled with clean, quiet, and affordable. Apartment complex is very well taken care of maintenance is always on point. Any questions that we have they don’t hesitate to help! “I'm extremely satisfied with this community, a week ago I left for work on a rainy day and came home to a pool! My entire downstairs was flooded... I didn't know where the flood was coming from until I looked in the pantry and realized the hot water tank had busted. Panicking , I called the office and Melody got right on it !!! When I went outside I saw Chad, one of the maintenance men taking care of the trash at the dumpster. I made him aware of what was going on and with no hesitation he asked if I wanted him to wait till I got back or if I wanted him to take care of it right away ! In this same day there was a dehumidifier set in the house to drain the water out and Chad and Mike installed a brand new hot water heater in the pantry!!! Everything was taking care of the same day with no hesitation. The staff in this community does all they can to make sure everything is taking care of and I forever appreciate them for that. Thank you Highland Chateau and staff .”

“Sad to see the bad reviews stayed here before covid hit in 2019 my family loves it no bugs no problems or crimes stayed there almost a year I guess they are run down now with now all the bad complaints”
“I have lived at this apt for about 2 years and I honestly do enjoy the apt .I have a 2 bed 2 bath 1330 a month with fees , higher because I am downstairs , if I moved up a floor def be cheaper but I enjoy the convenience & I have absolutely no bugs other than the usual knats but no big roaches like I've had in prev apts, ever! the maintenance is always sufficient and if I'm having problems with my air its always fixed with 24-48hrs- no problem, I cant say the same for other apts in Cordova , the pool is also nice and the employees in the office were very flexible with my move in dates and rates , I'd say the only con i have would be having to take our trash to the front of the apt , there are no dumbsters around the complex , I heard maybe once instance of a crime , someones car got broken into but since then the gate is always closed plus that was about Sept 2024 its Sept 2025 now . I can say for the price its worth It”
“They first time renter friendly, I applied on a Wednesday and was moved in on the following Friday. The staffs are incredible especially Ms.Lanise Johnson she answered all my questions and make sure we are okay and adjusting perfectly. I haven’t had a problem since I moved in this was such a great decision.”
