“Great store great location was acknowledged as soon as we came in the store. Also ask how they could help The sales associate was awesome. I told her my concerns and what I wanted in the appliance package for the kitchen and within five minutes, she showed me a complete whirlpool package. She was very knowledgeable about all the appliances. Got the complete package financed for 18 months. Also got a rebate we were in and out of the store with in 30 minutes. That was on June 1 by the 4th of June the appliance package was delivered. The delivery men who brought in the appliances were very competent and worked well together to get them put in, in a timely and safe manner so not to damage anything. The whirlpool side-by-side refrigerator/freezer, The whirlpool convection/air fry oven, plus matching over the range microwave and last but not least the best dishwasher I’ve ever had the dishes come out squeaky, clean, looking polished. This was the best experience I’ve ever had buying appliances, electronic express on Old Hickory Blvd., Nashville, TN is awesome and Mary is the best sales associate.”

“Itai was extremely helpful when my girlfriend and I had what seemed like a pretty complex task. Going into the store we knew that we needed a new plan and my girlfriend needed a new phone. After expressing what we wanted in a plan, Itai built the perfect plan for us and we both ended up leaving with new phones. Itai took a pretty challenging situation and made it very simple by being patient with us and approaching it one step at a time. “They always have a lot of stock in order at this location they were a little unorganized they were stocking up so I'll give them credit for making sure that they have plenty of stock available moving forward I'm going to this location a few times they have majority of the things that they would usually have some things that they don't have are probably sold out because they're super popular I guess we have tiktok and Instagram to thanks for that.”

“Im not tech savvy at all, didnt even plan on going in cricket or trying them. Went in on a whim, and Amad gave the best customer service Ive ever had in my life. Any store. He wasnt pushy, at all either. Considering Id just left boost mobile a few blocks away, that guy at boost that kind of looks like a tall Steve urkel, was rude, ignorant pertaining to his job, and I had to leave. In Cricket, Amad answered all my questions, bent over backwards to help, and I left with better than I'd came in desiring, and payed much less. Service is great, support is great, If I could give that guy Amad a 50 out of 5 I would. Lastly, get this....I even tried to tip the man, for going out of his way to make me feel valued...on top of having and catering to two or three other customers by himself...Corporate; Id keep my eye on this guy if I were you. Guy's got board of directors written all over him. Top prospect if I ever seen one. Thank ya so much Amad. God bless you.”
“In the past year, Tucker’s (was Gabe’s) repair people have come to my home to repair my dishwasher, refrigerator and yesterday, my stove. All have reached that critical age of 10 years old. Each of the techs was friendly, knowledgeable and worked quickly. Yes, it’s expensive but everyone is these days! They will be my “go-to” from now on.”
“Great switch. Jessica ( Jess) at the Hermitage location was so patient and friendly helping me switch two phones from the expensive carriers (you know V ) There are lots of steps into switching. First I was referred by a long time Cricket customer so I had confidence that I was doing the right thing ( the best service for the best value). I am a Senior Citizen so just knowing the jargon and where to find the numbers is mind blowing. Jessica and her staff walked me through the process. The V has no customer support that you can call, apps? I hate those. Now I know that Jessica will help me whenever I need help . I have a business card with her name and phone. Better than the machines and online BS. I highly recommend ( especially for seniors) to drop by and ask for Jessica.”

“As a lifetime customer of Radio Shack, the store in Smyrna was out of business, so I drove around Nashville and I was in awkward position when stepping in store, looks like a bazaar like one in Istanbul.
