“Stopped by Ashley's in Kingsport to check out there sectional sofa inventory!! We we're greeted kindly by their representative Brittany Farmer!! She was very professional and also super nice and friendly! We found one we liked and she walked us through the process with ease. She had our paperwork drawn up and had us in and out with our new sectional ordered in no time! I recommend anyone who stops by this store to ask to speak with Brittany!!”
“We have just moved to the area and were in need of beds, but did not want to pay thousands (all we found in the area). I contacted them on FB, made an appointment and then went and found our beds! Very pleased and they had exactly what we were looking for, price and comfortability. They even offer delivery as an option!!! Will be back should we need more furniture in the future!! “I went in our local Grand Home furnishing because I need a new recliner. Rick met in us at the door and he was very cordial and helpful. I Told him I had seen the TV commercial.He showed me several different kinds before I settled on a Lazy y boy. He was very informative and helped me because I asked him if I could wait til the first of the month. He and the office girls were extra nice.

“I moved from the Abingdon VA to White Pine TN seventeen years ago and had previously bought my furniture at Zak’s. Since moving I was shopping and buying in Knoxville. Just bought a new home and thought I would make the trip to Johnson City last Sunday. I’m so glad that I did. We were greeted by Dianne and she did a great job identifying our needs. Zak’s has a greater inventory and better pricing than anyone in Knoxville. Everyone we interacted with were done a great job. I would recommend you shop at Zak’s for better selection and bang for the buck!”
“I've recently had a bad motorcycle wreck and will have to have surgery requiring my legs to be elevated. Judith was a wonderful help and had a rocker recliner for me within 5 minutes of entering the store. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes! Delivery to my door and I'll be in good shape for my recovery!”

“I purchased furniture from Lenoir Empire Furniture after finding them on an internet site. I was ambivalent about buying from a store so far away ( live in NY) but the price was excellent and AAron made the transaction easy. I received the furniture in 3 weeks from N. Carolina! Most of the local stores told me it would take 2-3 months! The delivery company (D& D Delivery ) that they used was excellent as well. They delivered the furniture to NY 4 days after they received it in their warehouse and adjusted the doors on the unit when it was delivered. They let me inspect the unit after it was unloaded and then carried into the house with care. I would purchase from Lenoir again without hesitation.”

**The only thing that I would say Target could work on is their shoe section. Seems like every time I go to look at shoes they are kind of scattered around everywhere and I can't find anything that I'm looking for but that's not a Deal-Breaker for me. Just leaving an honest review.. I hope this helps! ?

“my experience was great. Jamie was so sweet and so helpful she knew when to walk away and give me a moment to shop and she was right there when I had questions. she showed me several options and where I could save money. all the staff went above and beyond. My only complaint is delivery they seem to be covered up. I have to wait until February 17, to use my new bed. Johnson City TN. , store needs help in that area. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars all day.”

“I ordered a bedroom set in May and was told that will be there in August in mid-September still have not received the entire set. So I asked for a portion to be delivered. Zak's was nice enough to deliver it. I was told that the other unit would be in later. Two weeks ago they called and said the unit was in and I requested an afternoon delivery. They scheduled me for two weeks later. I just got a call was told that they would be delivering it first thing in the morning. When I called to complain, they adjusted the time.”
