“I called about a rear tractor tire with beet juice as ballast. It was leaking around the rim. They said they could handle it. I took it to Eastern Star exit store in Kingsport. They took it in and had it fixed in less than 2 hours. They had to pump the liquid out, break down the tire, and pump it back. Excellent service!”

“I came in with a 2020 Honda with a busted transmission. Unfortunately Honda Transmissions are expensive, but Mr Transmission worked with me and helped me find some financing to get this job done. In essence, working with Mr Transmission made the pain and financial anxiety that comes with dealing with car issues, significantly less. My only complaint is that I can't give them six stars. I recommend them highly, they are friendly, and they are very willing to work with you, and best of all they know what they are doing.

After going to Free Service Tire in Boones Creek three times with no luck, speaking to foreigners who aren’t even local with their phone service, and no attendant at the desk….I was so gracious to find Mason and Hayworth Tire in Johnson City. They answered the phone locally, spoke English as a first language, changed my tire and installed my new one. All FOR A MUCH LOWER PRICE THAN FREE SERVICE. Also learned their prices were much lower ($80 per tire) than what I have been paying on tire rack.com. With Mason and his staff’s outstanding service (did I mention how quickly they worked?) they just earned a customer for life.”
