“Honestly one of my favorite places to shop in our town. If you have a value card the prices are unbelievable. They have a lovely little Starbucks inside with the sweetest people, and the people who work there never hesitate to ask if you need help finding something or helping you to your car. I absolutely highly recommend”

“I like this grocery store. I have been shopping here almost 20 years. I prefer to shop here than going to FC or I. I don't buy produce from here unfortunately its sub par., but, I do buy other things like chicken, bologna and hot dogs. Their brand cola tastes just like Pepsi.Their brand Chiptastic chocolate chip cookies are better than Chips a hoy. When they have their tenderloin, it's cheaper per pound than at Publix.I love their Porterhous and T-bone steaks. They have things that other grocers don't offer. I happen to love Frostie Blue Cream Soda and they are the only ones that sell it. As a shopper and cook, I like to go to different places for different things.”
“We come here a couple of times a month and get a thin crust pizza (my son loves) and French fries. Ladies working are always friendly and food is always hot and good.”
“Ingles continues to be the cheapest gas around in Greene County. Easy self service with machines that actually print off your receipt. No issues. Quick fill-up and help nearby if needed.”
“I really enjoy shopping at the Greeneville store. Everyone that works there is so pleasant and helpful and there are always a lot of good deals. Only place in town with good meat quality and prices. However it would be wonderful if you had a motorized shopping cart for those of us who need it occasionally. I would definitely be able to shop there more often. Many disabled people on a fixed income could definitely benefit from your low prices. I hope you will consider adding one to your store.”
“This was the first time I've ever had to fight stockers to actually move around a food city. I mean I didnt literally fight them... but I've never had them be in the way before... but.. they were super helpful and polite. The store was clean and inviting. Sales well marked. What else can you ask for?”
“I have been to some Ingles always have a hard time finding things. But this store was easier they have one long single isle. Where the other Ingles have that double isle”
“I just left the food city on Asheville Highway in Greenville, Tennessee and I cannot say how please that was with Philip, CJ, Natalie, and Aiden. Their patience with me when I made a mistake regarding the digital coupons and the specials that I had selected, by not reading closely enough, I felt awful, being “that” customer. Especially being “that” client just as Philip was getting off work :(. I would like to make mention of these four employees, their patience, and understanding of my mistake. .This “I am sorry” doesn’t happen enough as unfortunately, or fortunately , the customer is “not” always right..”

“It's just what I needed. Get in get out not running across a football field just to pick up a small item. We use this place a lot for a fast snack for the kids I like it much better than a gas station for snacks and treats. Options might be small but it's a simple fast solution.”

“Sense I moved to Greeneville my first pharmacy was this one right here. I had broken out on my arms and legs from chiggers. The lead pharmacist was warm, polite and knowledgeable so as of today it remained my pharmacy of choice besides the 24 hour over priced Walgreens but only go there because of my work schedule. Food city remains number 1 and they are open on Sundays even if the other 2 here in Greeneville are closed. Tiz true ?”
“Thank you mark the best dollar general employee ever. First he let me swap out my oil for the right one that I didn’t get. It was the same price and I only just walked outside but he didn’t give me any grief and didn’t make me feel stupid for not knowing what oil my car took. Then I lost a hundred dollar bill while I was there. So when I came back I was looking for it and he was helping me. He found it in the first few minutes while I was outside finishing my steps and looking around. He came outside and gave it to me. That’s some real standup stuff man I’m so grateful for you getting that stress up off me. I’d be looking all day for it. You are a rare group of people these days and I’m glad you helped me id give this place 100 stars because of marks honesty”

“It’s a Walmart always buisy and crowded would be nicer if they had went back to 24 hours open would cut the traffic down and maybe the employees could stock at night so isles aren’t so crowded keeping things stocked always would really be nice”
