“I went to the Hermitage branch today to open an account. I had never been to the branch before. I walked in and was greated by a teller and felt welcomed. I informed I wanted to open an account and he got me set up with Elaine M. Elaine was very professional and personable when opening my account. She explained the features I was signing up for and also helped me get set up with online access. I would have been a little lost if she hadn't of told me all the questions. She is an assest to this branch! I use another bank nearby and have walked in to only 2 people working and having to wait to ask questio s on accounts. There were numerous staff present, the lobby was clean and easy to social distance and masks and gloves were available as well as clean pens.I can see this bank becoming my primary!”
